This stone house is located in the small village of Stancija Negrin near Vodnjan. The house is completely renovated and refurbished. The large, air-conditioned living room, and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms provide a comfortable atmosphere. The property features a newly built swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip or relax on the comfortable loungers with a cool drink and enjoy the beautiful summer day. The village centre is just a short walk away, where you can go shopping and dine in the restaurants, which serve traditional Istrian specialities.
You can also visit Pula, 20km away, famous for its historic buildings. The main attraction of the city is undoubtedly the Arena. It is the sixth largest Roman arena in the world and is considered the best preserved one. Even the triumphal Arch of the Sergii is definitely worth a visit!
