Completely renovated 1800 sq. ft. condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths for rent February 15 to February 22, 2020, week 7 (Unit 7302). Unit includes full kitchen; living room/dining area, 2 sofas (1 converts to a bed-sleeps 2) in living room; balcony off of the living room and master bedroom. Unit also includes washer and dryer. Dawn Beach is one of the best beaches in St. Maarten, with spectacular views of neighboring island, St. Barts. Renters have use of the Westin Resort pool, pool bar, exercise facilities and the Ocean restaurant. Wi-Fi is also available in the unit (no extra charge). There is limited construction still going on to repair damage to the casino, spa and 1 restaurant from hurricane Irma. However, the Nectar Spa and Big Fish restaurant are both within an 1/8 mile of the resort. The rental is from Saturday-to-Saturday.
