The renovation of the house was completed in 2019 and all the equipment and furnishings are new and of high quality. It has an entrance patio, hall, kitchen-living room with spectacular panoramic views, bathroom, master bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes and television. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a sofa bed and a large terrace with furniture, sun loungers, full bathroom and an outdoor shower. From the terrace a wide view to the whole North coast of Gran Canaria being able to see in a beautiful picture the mountain of Gáldar and in the horizon Tenerife and the majestic Teide.
One of the charms of this house is that the beach of Quintanilla begins just below it and that you can access directly to the beach through a private door. Who has not dreamed of having such a house? This beach is very well known especially for surfers and is very peculiar, during the winter it is a pebble beach and during the summer months it is a nice sandy beach.
The situation of the house is strategic to know the island because thanks to the proximity of the highway it connects with the different towns in a short time. Guia - Galdar about 10 minutes by car. The city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria 15 minutes away. It is possible to make pleasant walks along the coast.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in fast optimaler Lage.

So schwer habe ich mich noch nie getan, eine Bewertung zu erstellen. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön, aber noch ein ganzes Stück vom Luxus entfernt. Die Nähe zum Meer hat natürlich auch Nachteile. Man ist doch sehr den Kräften der Natur ausgeliefert. Die Schalldämmung zur Autobahn ist gut , aber die lässt sich natürlich trotzdem nicht überhören. Was dringend nötig wäre, ist eine Klimaanlage. Nicht so sehr zum Kühlen, sondern zum Trocknen der Luft. An manchen Tagen lief das Wasser von den Fenstern und von der Decke. Bei stärkerem Seegang (den wir oft hatten) lässt sich die Terrasse nicht nutzen. Die Gicht ist so stark, dass man im Nu nass ist. Wahrscheinlich ist es zu anderen Jahreszeiten deutlich besser. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und kleine Dinge die fehlten, wurden sofort besorgt. Das Bett ist bequem, die Wäsche ausreichend und man hat reichlich Platz. Trotzdem : Wir würden wieder kommen, wenn auch nicht mehr so lange.

Vue magnifique, maison agréable

Nous avons passé trois superbes semaines dans cette maison. La vue sur la mer est extraordinaire à partir de la pièce à vivre. La maison est très propre et agréable. La cuisine est aménagée de façon pratique : le lave-vaisselle fonctionne bien, ainsi que les autres électro-ménagers. On peut y cuisiner de petits repas et les déguster devant la mer sur la terrasse ou à l’intérieur devant la fenêtre panoramique. Nous avons très peu utilisé la télévision, mais c’est une télé intelligente qui permet de se brancher avec son abonnement Netflix. Les deux salles de bain sont correctes. Le lit de la chambre principale est confortable. On retrouve beaucoup de rangement dans toutes les pièces. Il n’y a pas de climatisation. On peut accéder à la mer par un escalier privé. Par contre, la grève est très rocheuse : impossible d’y marcher. Seuls les adeptes du surf se risquent aux grosses vagues. Nous avons profité abondamment de la terrasse accessible par un escalier. La route passe derrière la maison, mais l’isolation est parfaite de ce côté. Nous n’entendions que le bruit des vagues. Le stationnement situé immédiatement à côté de la porte est très pratique. La maison est située du côté nord de l’île. Le temps est un peu plus nuageux qu’au sud; en revanche, c’est moins touristique et plus authentique. Le gérant, Jose, s’est montré très aimable et serviable. Nous avons pu rencontrer le propriétaire, aimable également. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous recommandons vivement cette belle propriété.
