About this property

This recently newly painted duplex apartment in Vila Sol Village has 2 bedrooms with the capacity to sleep up to 5 people. The apartment is fully air conditioned and measures 120 m2 and comprises of: entrance hall, living / dining room, downstairs toilet, fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, toaster, iron and kettle.
Spiral staircase leading to first floor with large en-suite (bath & separate shower) master double bedroom, guest twin bedroom & guest bathroom (Shower) Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and there are two hairdryers..
We also have an extra 2 children’s single beds and a cot which can be set up upon request.
3 Toilets in total.

Apartment comes with a NEW LED SMART TV and MEO satellite box showing Sky Sports, french tv and various other main English channels.
Also Netflix etc

Apartment has SUPER FAST Wi-Fi.

This Apartment is located close to the Vila Sol shopping centre with a choice of bars, restaurants and coffee shops/cafes. It is also located in close proximity to the Vila Sol Championship 27 hole Golf Course.
The fully landscaped gardens covering 5 acres of the Vila Sol Village offers 3 large pools ( one heated in the winter) & a Jacuzzi. Also there are two separate baby pools.
Pool area has a fully licensed bar and food menu (only open in main summer months)
24 hour on site security with CCTV.

Fire place not in use. Please use the aircon for heat in the winter.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed at the property for three weeks over Christmas & New Year. Even before we arrived, we had an amazing amount of information from the hosts, with hints, tips and recommendations - very useful! Lots of space for us with a well appointed kitchen etc. Wifi was great and the TV had a variety of channels in various languages. Only downside was, though we expected it to be cool on an evening, it was much colder than we expected and due to the location of the aircon/heating vents, (and the high ceilings) we didn't feel the benefit of them. A couple of oil filled radiators might be good especially if the property is rented out in the coller months. Only real doenside

Appartement confortable

Logement très bien situé, endroit paisible avec restauration sur place, coiffeuse, bar. Endroit très sécuritaire car il est surveillé 24/24 par des gardiens. Accueil très chaleureux par Sonia. La literie est à changer mais nous avons vu avec le propriétaire. Nous avons passé 3 belles semaines de vacances à cette endroit

Pleasant stay

Nice apartment with Easterly facing balcony looking out over a fenced garden with swimming pools. Well equipped kitchen but keep in mind you really have to go shopping first. There is no coffee or thee for the first day, not even salt, pepper or sugar, no detergent, paper kitchen towels or washing powder, dishwasher tablets. We had a pleasant stay for a month in Vila Sol but having a car makes a big difference. There is no side-walk along the very busy EN396 to Quarteira.

Great Stay

We had a great time at Jonny & Cheryl‘s place. We were met at the door, given a quick walkthrough, then left to enjoy the space. Well located and very easy to access. While we were here over Christmas and there weren’t many people around, I would suspect that it is still somewhat tranquil here during the high season. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Stayed for 9 nights in this very comfortable duplex apartment with full air conditioning throughout and all home comforts. The apartment is well maintained with fabulous views from the large outside balcony overlooking grounds and pools. Communication with Jonny (owner) was 1st class.

Vila Sol Duplex apartment

Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs. Excellent Wi-Fi & cable tv. It was in a very good location for the pools, gardens & cafes. Lots of parking.

Loved our 3 weeks

We stayed for 3 weeks and would have happily stayed longer The apartment is very spacious with no expenses spared on proper Bosch equipment in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable, I don't remember the last time I slept so well. The ad is very accurate and Jonathan was very responsive.

Absolutely fantastic! Amazing!

O que eu posso dizer... As fotos da casa não fazem justiça. Deslumbrante! Marquei 7 dias com a minha família e o tempo passou muito rápido neste lindo paraíso, só apetece ficar a relaxar, a jogar cartas, nadar, ténis, golf e estar na piscina de água quente. Longe das confusões, mas perto de tudo, na mesma rua tem bares, restaurantes, mini mercado. Estacionamento em frente á casa. A praia a 5 minutos. A casa tem todos os utensílios necessários com alto padrão de qualidade. Foi a melhor vivenda de férias que já desfrutamos. Repetir sem dúvida!

Already planning to do it again. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the typically saturated tourist areas of the Algarve, yet close enough to explore it all (especially if you have a vehicle). Communication with owners and admin was excellent.

Relaxing break

The location is perfect, close to the restaurants and the bar, all within walking distance , cant fault the apartment, spotlessly clean and with plenty off towels etc ,definitely would stay again ,thank you for letting us rent your property.
