Quiet, away from the bustle and noise, while remaining close to everything, you will discover this pleasant single-storey house, located on the side of the village of Seignosse, ideal for a peaceful holiday, not far from Hossegor or Capbreton.
Free beach shuttle 7 days a week town/ocean.
Seignosse golf course 5 minutes away,
Beach 10 minutes away..
Bike paths at the end of the street.
For your comfort, this villa offers a living room/living room with fitted American kitchen, opening onto terraces to the south and east, 2 bedrooms facing west onto the garden, walk-in shower room, wc, pantry/laundry room.
Quiet area inhabited all year round, cycle paths 100m away. Reversible air conditioning in the house.
NB: fixed end-of-stay cleaning €80 to be paid when entering the premises, as well as the tourist tax: €2.20/day/adult over 18 years old.
Household linen not provided, (or on request: 20€/bed set/room)
Also provide a deposit check of €1000 not cashed and returned 4 to 7 days after the end of the stay.
1 small dog or 1 cat accepted (less than 10kg) after owner agreement.
Smoking accepted only in the garden.
