A spacious and quiet studio apartment a stone's throw from Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio. The studio is welcoming and authentic. It has visible beams and floor-tiles on the ground.

This spacious and comfortable ground-floor studio apartment (43 m²) is in a small, quiet square. Exposed ceiling beams, floor tiles, and wood furniture lend charm to the apartment.

The front hall (1.9 m²) opens onto the main room.

The main room (37 m² - west and east facing) has a window that offers a view of Campo dei Tedeschi, and two other windows that offer a view of a small, private yard. It is divided into several spaces:

The living area has a sofa, a desk, and a radio/CD player.

The dining area has a table with four chairs and a buffet.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (a microwave, an induction stove, and a refrigerator) and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need.

A curtain separates the bedroom (13 m²) from the rest of the room. The bedroom has two single beds pushed together, two bedside tables, a dresser, an armoire, and two armchairs.

The en-suite bathroom (3 m²) is fitted with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet.

Near the entrance, a powder room (1.4 m² - west facing) with a small window that looks out onto Campo dei Tedeschi is fitted with a toilet and sink.

The apartment is in the Santa Croce district on Campo dei Tedeschi. This very quiet and pleasant square is as popular with the locals as it is with tourists.

The nearby Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, far from the tourist traps, is a haven of peace. In the summer you'll find children playing outdoors while their parents take shelter from the sun under the large trees.

This district, off of the beaten path and frequented by locals, is nonetheless only a 15 minute walk from the Rialto district and 10 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the busiest and most popular squares in all of Venice. The square is also home to lots of student bars.
