Campo Santo Stefano is the crossroads between San Marco's Accademia and Rialto's Accademia.

In the afternoon, the square fills with families, people sitting at the many outdoor cafés, and passers-by. Despite it being a very touristic area, Campo Santo Stefano is Venice at its best. However, the area grows very quiet when night falls.

This fourth-floor apartment (64 m²) is quiet and sunny and offers a stunning view of Campo Santo Stefano. There is no elevator access.

The entrance (6 m²) leads into the living room.

The living room (19 m² - southeast facing) is spacious and features two windows that overlook Campo Santo Stefano. The room has a double sofa-bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a buffet, shelves, a table and six chairs and a TV.

The first bedroom (16 m² - northwest facing) is quite large and offers a view of the skyline. It contains two single beds, two bedside tables, an armoire, an armchair, a wicker chest, and a dresser.

The second bedroom (12 m² - northwest facing) also offers a view of the skyline. This bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, and a mirror.

The kitchen (7 m² - southeast facing) overlooks Campo Santo Stefano, is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (gas stove, electric oven and refrigerator) and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need.

The bathroom (3.5 m²) is fitted with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
