This annexe-style cottage to the owner’s home rests within Stoke Gabriel in Devon and sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms.
Hilltop is an annexe property to the owner’s home in the village of Stoke Gabriel. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people. On the ground floor you will find a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with a gas fire. Outside, there is a front decked area with furniture, a rear lawn garden with furniture and off-road parking. Hilltop is a delightful base for exploring this picturesque part of Devon with your loved ones.
Amenities: Gas central heating with multi fuel burning stove. Dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV with Sky, selection of books, games and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack with kindling logs and coal for the multi fuel burning stove will be in the property on arrival, plus instructions for use and where to buy more supplies. Ample off-road parking and room for a small boat/canoe. Rear garden with lawn area and a decked area with furniture to the front. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop within 0.25 miles. Please note: This property now has an upstairs cloak room with WC and wash basin.
