Cassa Penn (22b Vista Dos Pescadores/Off Rua Do Poco). Having been a subject of refurbishments 22b is now a superb 3-bed room 2-bath room Ocean Front property in an enviable location overlooking the sea. From the garden overlooking the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are uninterrupted views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras). The location could not be better for families and couples alike.
THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR 6 ADULTS - SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS PLUS 2 CHILDREN

For clients who may not wish to be reliant on a car, the lovely sandy beach and an assortment of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes are literally just a 2-minute stroll away. For the more discerning shopper or an evening out, Lagos with it’s abundance of shops, restaurants and bars sprawling out onto its traditional cobbled streets can be reached by an 8 minute taxi or bus ride taken from the local church

Ground floor accommodation, with approximately 11 steps leading down to the front door which in turn leads into the hall and consists of:

Two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes sharing a full modern bathroom and the master is a large bright double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and full en-suite shower/wet room (basin and WC). This master bedroom has patio doors leading to the flowered garden & private pool.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a full cooker, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, iron & board and all the usual utensils.

The large lounge / dining room has L-shaped comfortable seating, Apple TV which supplies Netflix Sky News and movie channels. WiFi. There is a dining table and chairs. From the lounge large patio doors lead onto the pool & paved garden.

There is a private “dip pool” (approx. 3.5m x 2.5m x 1.4 deep – shallow part 80cm) with ladder steps, set in a good sized patio. There is an assortment of outside furniture for relaxing, al-fresco dining and sunbathing

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
L'appartement situé à Praia de Luz est très joli, meublé avec goût. Il dispose de prestations de grande qualité et notamment d'une petite (mais suffisante) piscine privative). La vue est magnifique. Les échanges avec Valérie ont été d'une grande fluidité et efficacité. Cet hébergement a largement contribué au succès de nos vacances dans l'Algarve.

Beautiful apartment in Beautiful Luz
This property was very nice and overlooked the beach and the ocean. We had a great time in Luz and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay

Casa com localização óptima, frente ao mar, bem mobilada e decorada, sujeita a recentes obras de conservação e beneficiação, piscina pequena mas suficiente para banhos em alternativa à praia na situação atual, que nos proporcionaram umas férias agradáveis. Fantastic property in excellent location
Simply one of our favourite European holidays. The location, the correspondence with owner, weather, facilities and activities in the area was all superb. Apartment situated right on the sea front, ground floor but elevated so your not overlooked from the footpath. Apartment was excellently furnished and it's obviously well kept and well looked after. Views from the garden are wonderful. Plenty of seating and space, small splash pool but more than adequate. All correspondence through owner was excellent - quick response, very friendly, helpful and informative. One of the best experiences we've had 👍 Location is perfect, plenty of very good restaurants all within easy walking distance. Bus stop at top of hill for those without a car that want to explore Lagos etc. Supermarkets within 5min walking distance which cater for all needs. If I had to find fault with anything it would be the lack of aircon as at night the rooms do become warm - however there are fans in each bedroom which does help. Would we return? Without doubt! And we will. As a family of 5 with 2 teenage kids there is plenty on offer to satisfy all needs. I would highly recommend this apartment.
