Very cute cabin. We liked the ambiance and the effort put into the cabin to make it rustic and unique. The location was appropriate for an overnight. Because it is on the highway. If we had kids with us or wanted to relax in the woods, we would have been disappointed. The bathroom had a very leaky faucet. I was concerned about the amount of water the owner was wasting. We couldn't get the TV to work. No big deal for us: we brought books, yet if a TV is offered, it should work. Overall, we enjoyed the cabin and the criticism is picky.
Cabin was cute. Kitchen needs update and some new cookware. We are used to quiet country living so the highway was somewhat bothersome but didn’t interfere with our stay. Love the deck and check in was easy. Very close to the activity we had planned. Thanks!!
My best friend and I have been bringing our boys to the Buffalo to hike, fish, and float for the past few summers. We had never stayed at the Triple D cabins but we’ve found our new favorite spot! The location is absolutely unbeatable. We were so close to river access compared to past years. Having a fun spot like Craw Billy’s next door was so cool and on the other side was Ferguson’s Restaurant, great for a big breakfast before a long float. We are already planning our trip for next year!
Kenneth and Sanya are amazingly awesome people and now good friends. The place is underrated. Yes the place is off the highway, but Kenneth built those log cabins stout and you really can’t hear anything inside. The ad also doesn’t mention that they have THE BEST Cajun restaurant, that he drives to Louisiana every Tuesday to have the freshest food! It was such a great experience, so much so that I waited all day to propose at the cabin so we could be around Kenneth and Sanya! We will return soon with more people! Once again, probably the best place you could go to and and we are already planning the next trip there! The best experience you could ask for!
1. We had to clean several pans and utensils before we could use them.
2. It sleeps 6 but only comfortably accommodates 3. Only 2 coffee cups for 4 adults.
3. The oven was filthy. It smoked up the cabin when we used the broiler.
4. There is no water pressure.
We were a bit confused in finding the cabin and then had difficult with the lock box, only to discover the door was unlocked and key inside. Could not get ahold of owners for a few hours. Overall it was a good weekend getaway with a rustic/cabin feel. We enjoyed our trip to the Buffalo River!
Very comfortable beds. Internet was shotty. Shower was okay. If you’re looking for a good nights sleep. This will be great. My only complaint was that it was on a busy road with lots of traffic. I really didn’t feel comfortable with my kids playing outside.

Location Ideal but fell short overall
The location of this property is idea for those wishing to enjoy the Buffalo River! You get excellent cell service (cell tower literally on the property)! Cabin was neat in its design and the art on the walls was really fantastic!
The negatives were that the property didn’t feel very clean. Dishes from previous guest were left dirty but put up. The linens were worn out and one of the beds was full of peanut butter cracker crumbs. The owner sent us the wrong key code (happens) but it took several phone calls and text messages to reach him to get the correct code. The satellite was only getting a few channels. Called and text the owner but he never contacted us back.
Great location for the Buffalo and cabin was neat. Just could have been better communication and cabin could have been cleaner with updated linens.
Beautiful view from the cabin. Ken was great to work with & I highly suggest eating at their restaurant next door, CrawBilly’s. We took our horses & were thankful Ken answered our questions about the horse trails. We ate every meal out on the deck and played corn hole. The cabin was well furnished; it could’ve been a little bit cleaner and more well lit inside. Overall, I would recommend this cabin and I would stay here again.
Cute and comfortable cabin close to the Buffalo River
The cabin was very nice and comfortable. It's right off 65, very close to the Buffalo river so it's really convenient to reach the outfitters to go floating. Beautiful views!
We loved our stay here and Ken was the absolute perfect host! We were only minutes away from the river and 10 miles from Marshall, so the overall location was great. Our only criticism, and it is minor, is that the cabin we stayed in was close to the highway. There were good views of the mountains and such, but trucks plodding up the hill were a bit noisy as times. Again, a minor nuisance from time to time, but the overall stay was fantastic! Thanks Ken, we will certainly come again as soon as we are able!
Beautiful property in a convenient location. We’ve really enjoyed both visits, and we will be back.

Such a cute place to stay! No details were spared when building this cabin!
Will be returning for another trip! The cabin is conveniently located off of the highway, making it super easy to get around. The cabin was clean and very well taken care of. We utilzed the outdoor grill and played the “corn hole” game every night. Overall an awesome place to stay!
