In a peaceful area of Rhodes town , 50sqm BRAND NEW cosy apartment with garden + all the amenities you need (+ SMART SATELLITE TV) to enjoy your vacation in Rhodes island.
The brand new studio can accomodate 3 adults or a couple with kids and
has access to a small garden in the front of the building and consists of a spacious bedroom with a master bed , a sofa convertable to semi-double bed, a kitchen equipped with accessories and appliances and a bathroom with shower.

Due to its location on a hill , the house is cool and airy, however, in case of need, you can use a good air conditioning system.
The garden will allow you to relax in the shade of a huge umbrella surrounded by plants & flowers, sunbathing or outdoor dining. The garden has even a wooden Beach sun lounger!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a New area of Rhodes town, situated on a hill between the Acropolis of Rhodes and The General hospital. Around the apartment you will find : supermarket, bakery, grocery shop , cafe's, restaurants e.t.c.The General hospital is 5 minutes (driving dinstance), the old town is 10 minutes, the closest beach on the West side of the island is less than 5 minutes away. I would suggest a nice afternoon walk from the house to Acropolis and the old stadium. Stuning view on your left - the sunset, Ialysos bay panorama and Symi island at the backround.
