At garden level (75 sq.m), two peaceful and well equipped bedrooms with sea view are south-oriented and shaded by an old palm tree in a calm residential area with trees, close to the sea and shops (400 m away).
At 1 km away, you can easily go to the station and the city centre with no need of a car.
Please, note that the reservation is only available from saturday to saturday. Pets are not allowed and smoking inside the property is forbidden. Thanks for your understanding.

Beautiful vacation
We had a beautiful week in Muriels appartment with our 2 kids. Location is close to the beach, train station is also near by. Everything was in good condition. Very nice hosts.

Amazing and relaxing stay
A great place and a lovely host! The house is spacious and very clean, well equipped. The garden is relaxing. Perfect for families with kids snd peope who enjoy comfort :) Wr will definitely come back.

Un grand merci à Muriel pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passés d’agréables vacances, la maison est spacieuse tout le monde y trouve sa place. Équipements de très bonne qualité et d’une propreté irréprochable, ça fait plaisir, on s’y retrouve comme chez soi.

moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die helle und moderne Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Innerhalb von 7 Minuten hat man zu Fuß den Hafen erreicht, für den Weg in die Innenstadt benötigt man ca. 15 min. Muriel und Philippe sind sehr nette und diskrete Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Manko ist das Bett im Eltern Schlafzimmer. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und der Sprungrahmen teilweise defekt. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Bis bald, Michael

Tres agreable sejour dans un site parfait : calme, vue sur la mer.

Toller Urlaub in einer super Wohnung
Wir waren als Familie zu viert in der Wohnung (Kinder 17,21) und haben diese sehr genossen. Sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet, schöne Terrasse und stets sehr freundlicher und reibungsloser Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Muriel. Wir haben Saint Raphael als zentralen Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung genutzt: Verdonschlucht, St. Tropez, Nizza, Cannes, Monaco etc. Der Verkehr war generell sehr dicht in und um Saint Raphael aber auch entlang der ganzen Küste. Um so mehr haben wir uns jeden Abend wieder auf unsere schöne Wohnung und die Terrasse gefreut, die wirklich auch einen kleinen, aber sehr schönen Meerblick hat und die wirklich sehr gut gelegen ist. Wir haben fast immer dort gekocht oder gegrillt, was aufgrund der guten Ausstattung kein Problem war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zwar nicht unbedingt fußläufig, aber dafür zahlreich innerhalb weniger Autominuten. Den Bäcker um die Ecke für die frischen Baguettes gibt es aber auf jeden Fall. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen

Coup de coeur confirmé
Charmant rez de jardin moderne et bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Tout est strictement conforme à ce que l'on trouve sur Abritel et le coup de coeur que nous avons eu en lisant l'annonce a été confirmé dans la réalité. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Location très propre (pas besoin de refaire le ménage en arrivant) et linge de maison fourni. A noter l'accueil 5 étoiles de Murielle qui est adorable et très disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions de ses locataires. Une bouteille de rosé nous attendait dans le frigo ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau aromatisées aux herbes du jardin. C'est vraiment le top au niveau accueil. Merci Murielle d'avoir contribué par votre gentillesse, votre professionnalisme et votre ravissant rez de jardin à nous faire passer de très agréables vacances. Je recommande vivement.

Herz, was willst du mehr?
Sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, die viel Komfort bietet und in einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Villenviertel liegt. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Hafen Santa Lucia mit vielen Restaurants und einigen kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, sowie das Stadtzentrum in 15 - 20 Minuten. Ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in Muriels schöner Wohnung.

Excellent ! Appartement assez récent de rénovation. Aux standards modernes, très bien équipé et de qualité. Aucun manque ressenti en 2 semaines. Au travers d'une sommes de petites attentions, nos hôtes, nous reçoivent en invités ( nous sommes bien au delà d'une relation commerciale). Les mots d'ordres sont, confort, bien être, et calme. très bel endroit bien situé à Saint Raphaël
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Muriel. La location est bien située, assez proche du centre de Saint Raphaël pour que nous n'ayons pas à prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ou bien pour aller faire les courses. Par ailleurs, le quartier est très calme. L'aménagement intérieur est très sympathique et la maison très confortable : bonne literie, avec sommier électrique dans la chambre parentale, climatisation et extérieur très agréable, entre autres. Quelques petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (bouteille de rosé au frais, herbes aromatiques du jardin) et côté cuisine, de très nombreux accessoires étaient à disposition : bref, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons volontiers profiter de l'accueil chaleureux de Muriel!

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis extrêmement bien ! Accueil chaleureux, maison confortable, calme et magnifique ! Le jardin est très agréable, les plages accessibles à pied, de même que les commerces et les nombreux restaurants de la marina. Nous serons heureux d' y revenir !

Schöner Urlaub in toller Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht, in der Küche, aber auch an Putzmitteln oder im Bad. Aber nicht überladen, wie oft in Ferienwohnungen, die von den Vermietern selbst genutzt werden. Die Wohnung und der zugehörige Garten sind gepflegt und ruhig. Die Lage ist gut, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso ein Bäcker. Für den größeren Einkauf braucht man allerdings das Auto. Die Vermieterin, Muriel, ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft standen bereits eine Flasche Wein und Wasser im Kühlschrank! Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit!

Just as described!
The minute we arrived, we felt at home. There was no need to clean or move anything to settle in. That felt so good. All we had to do was unpack, then walk for 10minutes to decide in which restaurant will we eat tonight! We so enjoyed coming home each night we stayed there. The description of the property with WiFi, television, the furniture you see in the pictures was perfect. Even though we rented a car to travel the area, on our lazy days, we loved that everything was within a short walking distance. To be honest, we want to go back next year already!

Perfect location
We (family with 2 teenagers) had a pleasant stay at this clean, modern equipped and light appartment. The host Stephane, living upstairs (but very discrete) was exceptionally kind and quite flexible related to check-in and check-out time. The apartment is perfectly located in Saint Raphael as it only a 10 minutes walk to the marina, shops and surrounded by beautiful villas. It is also a perfect base to explore Cote d'Azur as Saint Tropez, Nice and Grasse are easy to be reached with app. 1 hours drive. A definite recommendation!
