This delightful semi-detached cottage is ideally located close to The Malvern Hills, perfect for a countryside getaway.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. 700-acre grounds with woodland (shared with other properties on-site). Tennis court and gym (shared with other properties on-site). Horse riding by arrangement. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on lead at all times (working farm). Stabling for horses. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a brook running through the grounds.. These four superb holiday cottages nestle on the borders of Herefordshire and Worcestershire and are located on a 700-acre estate on the beautiful west side of the Malvern Hills. Netherley Hall Estate is a family-run farm specialising in the breeding of cattle and sheep and the surrounding area offers marvellous woodland walks.

The cottages are within 15 minutes’ drive of Malvern and have panoramic views of the wooded hills and unspoilt countryside; the location is ideal for nature enthusiasts, with an abundance of wildlife to observe as well as unrivalled birdwatching.

Three of the cottages are detached, whilst the fourth one is semi-detached, and the English oak timber used to restore their interiors was felled and machined from the extensive woodland on the estate itself. The furnishings and fittings for all the cottages have been supplied by local businesses, and during restoration, the owners have paid great attention to detail.
Parkers (ref RAAP) was originally built in 1610 and is a detached, listed building lovingly restored to the very highest standard and has several items of antique furniture. Parkers Lodge (ref RAAQ) is a smaller two-bedroomed detached cottage completed in 2006 and fitted out to a very high standard, whilst Brook House (ref RAAR) is a detached, listed building dating from around 1670 and emanates a marvellous ambience. It has landscaped gardens and a terrace with outstanding views overlooking Mathon Brook. The Bothy (ref UK12100) is semi-detached and was renovated in 2019. It has a kitchen/dining room, and through the archway there is a comfortable living room with French doors opening out to a beautiful garden area, with views over the farmland and farm animals.

Attractions to visit near the cottages include the Malvern Hills, Three Counties Showground and Malvern Theatre, as well as farm shops, gardens, gift shops, picnic areas and walking trails. Fishing, golf and horse riding are also available, as well as pick your own fruit (in season). Racecourses in the locality include Hereford, Worcester, Chepstow, Ludlow, Cheltenham, Wolverhampton, Warwick and Stratford. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles.

So we read all the blurb & decided this was the place to be for our specific purpose Truly it is in the middle of nowhere & the roads are all lanes However, we were blessed with glorious weather for our 5 day stay & so enjoyed the fabulous views & the tranquility of the place(apart from the lambs bleating) We were lucky to have a few of the little ones at the bottom of our garden so our pup made some new friends The accommodation(or home) was absolutely lovely Both bedrooms are very spacious & have great views There was everything you could need in the place & also a very welcome treat pack for the stay On our first evening Kimberley came to check on us & make sure we were happy with everything If you were looking for walks it seemed there’s no end of routes & it was only a short drive to the nearest towns We would definitely recommend this as a very clean & comfortable dwelling for a break away

Fantastic views

Great property, very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We loved the views and the rural location. Access to the property is through the farmyard which wasn't immediately obvious to us and we were glad it was daylight when we arrived. Friendly property manager who communicated well with us throughout. We would definitely come back.

Tastefully furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean cottage. Wonderful peaceful location on large estate on western side of Malvern Hills. Property managers and everyone on the estate were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an extended stay for several weeks and couldn’t have been happier - so much so that we returned for a second three week visit. Lovely.
