Pinon Vista is truly a one-of-a-kind home. No other Santa Fe vacation rental has this much to offer to large parties.It is a magnificent five-bedroom, four-bathroom home ready for you and your party to gather and enjoy our enchanted village. It’s a rare and wonderful thing to find a five-bedroom home, with 360° views of our mountain ranges, in walking distance from the Plaza.

Authentic Santa Fe furnishings, two full kitchens, and even a home gym.

This lovely home also features a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for guests.

Pinon Vista has everything you would need for a vacation with room to sleep up to 12 people (three kings - can be split into singles if you like - one queen, two singles)

Please note: You must let us know a week prior to arrival if you would like king beds or two single beds in three of the bedrooms in the house.

Thanksgiving getaway

Great location, large roomy home. Snowed overnight the first night, so was great to wake up to that. Induction stove was difficult with pans that would not activate the burners, otherwise great place

Great place for a large group

Beautiful views! Close enough to town to walk if you prefer or an easy uber ride. We enjoyed sitting on the giant covered patio and relaxing.

Great Location. Walking distance (1mile) to town. However, uphill on the way back. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. Well-stocked with kitchen supplies. Enjoyed our stay.

The Ultimate

This is a perfect place to explore Santa Fe. We had an enjoyable family time with five siblings and two spouses getting together for the first time in five years. Conversation, stories, laughter all combined with shopping, eating out, cooking in, hiking and sitting by the fire was a wonderful experience for an average age group of 65+. We had a beautiful snow fall of about 18 inches, power outage, roads not plowed, trouble getting home {road closures} but the house was very comfortable and snug...definitely the ultimate experience

Great place with fantastic views

We finally got to get the family together and this house was perfect. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the scenery but every window has a great view. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was plenty of room to sit together in the dining and living rooms and the little gym came in handy!

great place for a family getaway

Wonderful home

We came with two other families and truly enjoyed this house. Lots of rooms for our 8 little girls to play in. We enjoyed the fire pit outside almost every night:)

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for us and so close to everything. We loved the big dining room table. Building a fire in the living room was so cozy when we got that snow on Friday. Our group just loved everything about the house and we used every one of the 5 bedrooms!

SUNRISE, SUNSET!

Our group of seven friends enjoyed our stay in this lovely house so much. We cooked, watched movies and football, read, and slept so well in the comfortable beds. But the highlight was watching the magnificent sunrises and sunsets from the living room, kitchen and dining area windows!

Great family time

Two major factors influenced us to chose this property, its size and that astounding patio. We grilled steaks one night and enjoyed dinner at the long outside table. A New Mexico sunset was special touch. We walked downtown twice and browsed shops , native vendors and tent shops in the square. A surprise was Zozobra. Interesting cultural exposure. We had joyful time celebrating our 60th anniversary.

Great for family group of 12

We stayed with two families of 5 and 2 adults (who's grown kids couldn't make the trip) and the house could not have been more perfect. All of the kids (6) were downstairs and very comfortable and the two sets of parents were upstairs off of the kitchen while the 2 empty nesters had their own things in a separate space. Seriously great and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Beautiful views from every window. About 30 min to the ski base, beautiful drive!!! Book this house, worth every penny. Thank you for the memories!

Fantastic house!

We were 7 girlfriends visiting Santa Fe. The house was perfect, with two modern and well-stocked kitchens, nice bedrooms, and, best of all, comfortable outdoor and indoor spaces to hang out together. The house decorations are beautiful. The views are amazing! The internet wasn't working, but the owners were responsive and did the best they could to get us a hot spot and eventually a Comcast visit. We strongly recommend this house for any large group.

A wonderful stay!!

This property has everything you could want. The outdoor patio was huge and offered beautiful views. The front of the house also had beautiful views. We were so lucky to have a full day of snow and it was even prettier with the snow. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and we were grateful they were able to split the king beds into twins, as we were a group of 9 women. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We felt the house was decorated in the Santa Fe style and appreciated the art and fixtures. Definitely would stay here again!!

11 woman stayed at this gorgeous home. There was ample space, we each had our own bed. Loved it!

This lovely home was the perfect place for us to stay. There were 11 woman who met up and enjoyed every minute and every inch of this home. We all were able to be seated around the large table in the kitchen for morning coffee, gather in the living area, we each had our own bed, plenty of restrooms, laundry facilities and so very much enjoyed sitting at the large patio table on the deck visiting, watching the sun go down and enjoying each other's company till way past midnight. Absolutely gorgeous views in all directions, peaceful and quiet. The home was beautifully decorated from one end to the other. I would highly recommend Two Casitas at 707 Pinon in Santa Fe. 5 star ratings from all of us!

My family and I were scheduled to stay at Pinon Vista, but a few months beforehand, the property manager contacted me and said that the owners of Pinon Vista would like to do a major upgrade. The manager offered to let us rent another excellent rental property, which turned out to be wonderful. So, I can't speak for Pinon Vista (other than to say that it probably has a fantastic new kitchen!), but I can certainly speak for the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of the property managers.

Five Star Property

We had a wonderful experience at Two Casitas. First off, the location was ideal; very near the Plaza and located at top of hill with great vistas of the city. Second, we had a large group (7 adults, 4 kids) and ate most of our meals from the house, which had the most well appointed kitchen of any property at which we have ever stayed. Third, there was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house with multiple kitchens and living areas, and a large dinner table capable of comfortably fitting at least 12 persons. Although we didn't use it, the outdoor deck area was quite spacious. Lastly, the property manager was very responsive with respect to any inquiry that we had, both before and during the trip. We had no complaints about our stay and can honestly say that the property exceeded our expectations.

Great place many types of groups.

This house was extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, and just hang out. The beds are really great. The only negative for us was that the listing said all the king beds could be separated into twins and despite having communicated that 3 times to the property managers and receiving confirmation, they were not separated. It left us slightly panicked in trying to give each teenager their own bed for higher Covid safety. Besides that little hiccup, the place was absolutely perfect and we would definitely rent again if the opportunity presents itself.
