BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.

*Our pools are in operation from May 1st-October 1st. They are heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and water bouncer. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.

Lazy Bear Lodge, a 6 Bedroom/3 Bath Luxury Chalet is a rustic, waterfront home located right next to our 3-acre amenities area. ​​​​​​​Our chalet is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement. On the main level is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining table and another 3 at the breakfast bar. There's also a Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck, where there are 2 tables with seating for 6 at each. The living area has charming tongue-and-groove ceilings, solid log pine walls and a floor-to-ceiling Stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The two guest rooms on this level both have king beds and share a full bath in the hall.

Another vaulted pine tongue-and-groove ceiling with wood beams showcases the King Master Suite, which makes up the entire upper level. You'll find complete comfort in the Serta presidential suite mattress, a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower, dual vanity sinks and a corner tub.

In the lower-level walkout basement, there are three more bedrooms, one bedroom with a full over queen log bunk bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. The downstairs second living area has an awesome media room with a 50” flat panel TV, a full-size sectional sleeper sofa, and a full-size pool table. There is also a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator for those extra groceries. Lastly, the screened-in patio is accessed from this level and provides outdoor enjoyment with a large stone, wood-burning fireplace, a private hot tub, and great views of Table Rock Lake in a bug-free environment.
