Nice house in a calm area of Javea, 4 km from the Arenal beach, 2 km from Porticholl and 3 km from Granadella. Javea town at 7 kms, and port at 7 kms. 125kms from Valencia airport and 110 from Alicante airport (1h30 travel)

Dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 double with a large bed and 2 double rooms). Big naya. Fully equipped modern kitchen

Private pool (and also access to a community pool in the complex), flat garden. Summer kitchen with iron and barbecue

Ideal para desconectar unos días
El chalet está en una zona residencial donde apenas se escuchan ruidos. La orientación de la piscina es perfecta, sol todo el día. Estuvimos una semana con los niños y disfrutaron un montón. Cocina y baños reformados e impecables. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y salón. Tanto la comunicación con el propietario o con el agente inmobiliario han sido muy satisfactorias Lo recomiendo para familias.

Buen exterior, mejorable el interior
Hemos pasado 10 días 2 parejas con niños, la piscina lo mejor, limpisima y hemos disfrutado del exterior, la cocina de verano con la plancha nos gustó mucho. Cuartos de baño y cocina reformados parece que hace poco, bien. Lo malo en la cocina era menaje sucio (creemos es culpa del lavavajillas porque a nosotros también nos salían cosas sin lavar) y zona interior de los armarios de cocina sucia, mala primera impresión de la casa. Resto habitaciones muebles viejos que necesitan renovación, colchones incómodos, deformados, los sillones del salón rotos con una colcha por encima daban aspecto sucio. Falta en general de limpieza, lo mejor el exterior. Algunas habitaciones con mosquiteras pero necesitaría toda la casa, mucho mosquito y ni pulseras citronela ni repelentes ni enchufes antimosquitos. Caro para las mejoras que necesita la casa aún. Zona muy tranquila, se descansa muy bien, pero necesitas coche para todo, playa, comprar. No se ve la TV normal, o no lo conseguimos, solo parabólica francesa.
