This cottage is located in a quiet, pleasant and peaceful place where you can enjoy the nature but at the same time there are shops nearby. The village of Séderon is only 500 meters from the cottage (7 minutes by foot) to a grocery store, bakeries, a butcher, restaurants, a bank, etc.

The gite is independent, with a terrace and private garden. On the ground floor there is a living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area and dining area; as well as the bathroom with toilet. There is an open mezzanine upstairs. Parking is available on site.

This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a large bed on the mezzanine level and a sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. There is also the possibility of adding two small beds on the mezzanine level.

The cottage is 45 square meters (32 square meters on the ground floor and 13 square meters on the mezzanine level).
