Welcome to Portside Villas #4 – a charming three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom vacation rental condo in Pensacola Beach, Florida. This gulf-front retreat sleeps nine guests and offers a luxurious coastal getaway like no other.

As you step into this beautiful condo, you will find the main living area on the 2nd floor, featuring a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Perfect Vacation Home

This place was amazing! We cooked our meals and it had everything we needed. Place was clean and just perfect! The shower and water hose on side of the house was convenient. Location was awesome.

Great Beach Home

We spend the month of January in this beach home, and it was amazing. The location is great, and the home is very well designed and nicely furnished. Our only suggestion would be to provide a garage door opener or code for entering the garage. We would definitely recommend this property.

The perfect place!

This property is amazing! It has a great view of the ocean. It has plenty of space and every utensil/supplies you could possibly need. You guys put a lot of thought to insure EVERYONE has a great time regardless of age.

Townhouse on the beach

We loved the house, it was spacious and clean. The location was amazing. The only thing that was lacking was the frying pans, they were warped and the nonstick coating was peeling.

Family Fall Break

This condo is absolutely beautiful.. In a great place, far enough away from hustle & bustle, to be quiet & cozy, yet convenient to everything. Beach is just steps away. Beds were super comfortable & had plenty of room for all of us.. we will definitely plan another trip to this area & this condo.

Awesome house for larger group

The house was great for gathering with friends in the evening and plenty of room for our whole party to spread out. Location is great being far enough away from the touristy part of Pensacola, but close enough to do anything you want to do. LOVED the short walk to the beach. Would def. stay again.

Our return trip was just as amazing as last year!

We love this condo. We came back for a second year to Portside Villas #4. It was so clean and just as beautiful as we remembered. We love the balconies and watched storms roll in over the ocean. We loved that we can just walk right up the steps and be on the beach. We won't take our beach vacations anywhere else and can't wait to book again for next year.

This is our third summer to visit this condo! It’s very spacious and works perfect for our family! It is such a nice condo, so comfortable, has nice pots and pans, dishes, and silverware instead of cheap stuff from Walmart. Just steps To the beach!

Look no further - Book this place!

Perfect size, super clean and so close to the beach - we loved it! Upon arrival we noticed how clean the property was. This townhome is large and every corner was spotless -- Kudos to the cleaning staff! We loved the extra space and the garage was a nice addition to the amenities. Everything you'll need to enjoy your stay is provided! The beach is just a short walk from the townhome and, during this time of year, was basically to ourselves! We'll certainly stay here again!

Fall Getaway

We decided to rent for a month since in between homes. This is a great place for family and friends. 3BR, all with en suite baths. Spacious family room and kitchen. Walk to Peg Leg Petes!. Right on the beach The only negative is that the pool is not heated.

This place is perfect!

The house is beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The view is beautiful, and the patios are perfect. It was located convenient to all shopping and restaurants, and if you continue down the beach you can take advantage of the beaches at Fort Pickens for an even more secluded beach experience. My only complaint was that there was no fitted sheet for the king sized bed in the master bedroom, but it didn’t affect our trip. This place is pretty perfect, and we are definitely going to come back next year!

Great property!

Wonderful location. Beautiful property. My only complaint is the house could have been cleaned a little better. We found an apple core on the floor in the living room and the mirror in one of the bathrooms was very dirty. Dishes were put away dirty. Otherwise very nice place. Would definitely stay again!

Best condo ever!

Absolutely loved it! Very roomy & comfortable. 1st rental that I didn't have to reclean. Everything was sparkling. Only negative comments are the toilet paper was terrible (but I understand) & the master bed could use some better quality sheets. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach and fabulous condo

Everything was perfect except for some construction noise but when we called Southern they were right in it and called multiple times to apologize bc they had not received noise. We probably would not have noticed as it was only from 8-5 it just happened to be on a common wall. Otherwise this area is perfect. I could not ask for anything better and almost hate to post this bc now others will know !!! Thanks for a great stay.
