Rooms : ground floor: open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area, bathroom, twin bedroom, double bedroom and a single bedroom.
Kitchen & utilities : includes microwave,  dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer.
Entertainment : TV, DVD player.
For families : highchair, and travel cot on request (please bring own cot bedding)
Outside : patio, chiminea
Parking : ample private parking
General : wifi, bed linen and towels provided, has it's own water supply which is tested and filtered, heating and electricity included, first basket of logs supplied
Pets : Max 2 pets. No dogs allowed in the lake.
Notes : no smoking, no fishing allowed in lake. Strictly not to be hired for parties.
