The house is located in via Soling, at the beginning of the famous Via Brigantino. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a small kitchen.
In addition one of the living room's sofa is a sofa bed which turns into two separate beds. Therefore the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
A beautiful, spacious -sea and sunsests view- terrace completes the house.
The apartment is very bright, spacious and welcoming. It is finely decorated with typical Sardinian furniture.
It is 5 minutes walk from the center of Porto Cervo, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a super market. The most beautiful beaches of the COsta Smeralda are all reachable in 10 minutes by car!
We offer guests the card of the Costa Smeralda consortium which guarantees some discounts and free access to parking lots in many beaches!
