Golden Beach 4 - Ideal location in Playa de Mogan, with large heated pool

A truly fantastic apartment located in a great part of Mogan. Extremely close to the beach, Playa de Mogan , (1 minute walk - approx 180m), close to the harbour (3 or 4 minute walk) and next to Mogan park.

The complex boasts a beautiful large heated pool, sun bathing area, covered area, and a private grassed garden with various trees.

Free WiFi fast and reliable is perfectly receivable throughout the apartment, the terrace, the gardens and even by the pool.

We now have super fast Fibre Optic - up to 300 Mbps download (up to 150 Mbps upload)

A large desk and comfortable office chair are provided, for those who need to do some office work during their stay.

For the little ones, there are 2 high chairs, a high quality Graco Cot / Crib, baby bath, two size of potties and a baby monitor are provided.

The apartment has its own large private terrace from which you can look out to the pool, the park and the mountains beyond.

The apartment has its own reserved car parking space, and there is a lift to bring you down from the parking, to the ground floor.

Housekeeping

In the price quoted, the Apartment is fully cleaned prior to arrival, another clean and linen change for each 7 night stay, (i.e 14 night stay, clean before arrival, day 8 clean and linen change). Additional clean and linen change can be booked for €50.

Tea, coffee, milk, water and toilet paper left for arrival.

Any problems with the fabric of the building, utilities, facilities etc, I aim to repair/resolve same day (where possible).

Marvellous Apartment

Marvellous apartment near all restaurants and shops but very quiet surroundings. The host was very friendly and accommodating and we saw him a few times during our stay but he was not intrusive. The apartment was very well equipped we lots of little extras. If we came back to Gran Canaria we would definitely book to stay in the same apartment

Wow! Amazing apartment in great location.

Beautiful apartment which is very well equipped and comfortable and the location is fabulous. Very close to beach and all the restaurants and shops but in a quiet area over looking the park. The pool is great (right depth for swimming) and we spent most of our days just swimming and sunbathing as the weather was beautiful. Richard was very helpful and met us to show us the apartment when we arrived. Highly recommended and plan to book again.

Golden Beach 4 - March 2023

We stayed in Golden Beach 4 for ten days in March 2023 and were well satisfied with the accommodation. It was easily accessed, generously sized, well equipped, very clean, well situated for easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach was only a leisurely five minute walk away. In short, the apartment met all our needs and the host, Richard, was on hand to greet us on arrival, lay out what we needed to know about the apartment, and visited us again to ask about our experience and to explain departure arrangements.He was most helpful and informed. Puerto de Mogan itself is classy and a delight for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in the sun. We would highly recommend both the accommodation and the resort which is under one hour's journey from the airport.' The Logans.

Very well equipped apartment in perfect location

We have been very happy staying in Richard's apartment for a week. It is clean, neat and there is everything you could wish for - the kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine and smart tv, fans in every room etc. The beach as well as a supermarket are 3 minutes away on foot. The communication and interaction with Richard has been uncomplicated and he took care that everything worked smoothly. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish

We arrived at 10pm and Richard the owner was waiting for us at the property as arranged. He gave us a thorough brief on the apartment and had very kindly supplied two ready meals for supper as it was late and restaurants were closed. We have stayed in PDM before in the harbour area but this location is much better. It’s quiet, yet only a few minutes walk to the hub of the bars & restaurants. The apartment is fab, and is the best equipped place I’ve stayed in for a long time, he seems to have thought of everything. The pool, which is a few steps from the apartment, is great and we had it to ourselves most of the time, it’s a proper sun trap. We loved to relax on the swing seat in the early evening with a G&T watching the sun go down before heading out. The bed is really comfortable and so was the reclining chair in the lounge. I prefer this location to the harbour as you can escape the hustle & bustle but still feel connected. I thoroughly recommend this property and it’s location.

Golden Beach No 4

Very well maintained property, in an excellent location to take advantage of all that Puerto Mogan has to offer. The apartment has everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday, if required, and more than sufficient storage for a two week stay. As with previous reviews, the pool area is lovely with adequate loungers, and is easily acccessible from the large apartment terrace. Communication with Richard, before and during our stay, was excellent, and he was always available to answer any queries that we had. We have stayed in several apartments in Puerto Mogan and this is by far the best. We had a great holiday, and will definitely be back if circumstances allow, as last couple of years has been difficult for everyone. Pat & Brian

Fantastic Apartment & Lovely Pool

We just had a wonderful two week stay here. The apartment is so well equipped and has everything you could want. Richard was a really great host who did all he could to accommodate our needs. Great pool too - extremely clean and well looked after. The area is great with everything walkable so you really don’t need a hire car. We would definitely like to return! Thank you Richard.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. It is spacious and well laid out and Richard has provided everything you could possibly want, including Christmas trees, crackers, mince pies etc! He is an amazing host, going out of his way to make your holiday perfect. The location Is excellent, 100 metres from the beach. Lovely pool and Sundeck as well.

Perfect

Apartment is first class, everything in it and more. A beautiful pool area and excellent location for the beach, bars and restaurants. It even has an oven which was great as we had to cater for ourselves due to the Covid 19. Sadly our trip was cut short but we will definitely be back. Richard our host was excellent from our arrival to going home. He kept us informed as to what was going on which helped us get a little less stressed with the situation and we can’t thank him enough. We will be back it is an absolutely perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday. 🌞xx

Highly Recommend This Apartment

This apartment really is a first class ground floor property and probably the best one we have stayed in, having and rented 15 different apartments over the years. It has been newly refurbished with A/C in bedroom and living area. A lot of thought gone into the design and facilities. It also has a private parking space which is ideal as Puerto Mogan can be very busy. Although it is only a one-bedroom apartment, it is quite spacious with plenty wardrobe storage in the bedroom and even hair straighteners and a hairdryer are supplied. The bed is king size and is comfortable . The kitchen is adequately equipped with crockery and cooking utensils and it also has a nespresso coffee maker (The supermarket sells capsules ) There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer too. The living room has an enormous TV with British channels and Netflix so plenty to watch. The corner sofa converts into a very comfortable double sofa bed and Richard has added curtains to the area for privacy. The pool area is lovely and quiet with plenty of sun beds. The location is fantastic as it is only 100 meters from the Spar supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the beach area. The owner Richard, is very helpful , flexible and personable. Why they chose this property

Perfect location very near to the beach, but a much quieter apartment than the beachfront ones. They have bars and restaurants below them, open until late at night with early deliveries. This way you get a great location, without the disturbances. You are also next to the local park, very nice.

The apartment is in excellent condition, fully equipped and with plenty of time saving / energy saving/ safety / security and fun features.
