Cows and horses grazing, beautiful views across fields to the hills & forest, very tranquil & private location, we accept 1 dog. Ard Garraidh is a delightful modern attached cottage set in an idyllic location yet only 15 minutes from Inverness. Approached via its own private track and situated on a croft farm, with cows and horses grazing nearby it is surrounded by its own garden grounds and enjoys uninterrupted views across open farmland with forests and hills beyond. The bright, spacious accommodation is beautifully presented throughout. A well equipped modern kitchen leads through to an attractive dining area which opens out onto the lawned gardens. The large lounge has superb views across the fields to the hills beyond. A large wood burning stove creates a warm, welcoming ambience. With two good sized bedrooms upstairs and family sized bathroom Ard Garraidh offers a high standard of modern living whilst being a real country retreat, yet is easily accessible for exploring the whole of the Highland area. The charming seaside village of Ardersier is just 1 mile or 10 minutes walk away. Situated on the shores of the Moray Firth this attractive traditional village has a lovely sandy beach as well as an excellent selection of small shops, cafes, pub and restaurant. The Moray Firth coast is famous for its bottle nosed Dolphins which are regularly spotted close to shore. There is also a resident colony of seals which can be seen along the shore line.
