cest notre 3 eme sejours a cet magnifique appartement ,excellent emplacement pres des tout les comidites a pieds , cote la mer , vue mer de chaque piece toute lappartement offre tout le confort pour passer des bonne vacance a hammam sousse plage equipement complet ne manque rien comme chez nous merci pour monsieur haddad pour le service on le recommande fortement eric

unique est tres magnifique location a sousse

sejours excellent, location tres central Hammam sousse plage appartement tres bien situee,securise, cote mer a 50 m est vue mer par tout ... apprtement tres agreable offrant tout le confort souhaite ,clima, internet tres important, les chaines de tv ,arabe / europien la decoration est tres joli qui presente la charme de la ville de marrakech tres intime.... on est a proximite de tout ,les commerces , le supermarche le monoprix, des restaurants , des cafes, des lounge arabe,,,,,,,,baucoup de choix ----- est le centre ville est port elkantaoui les 2 environ -5,10 min / taxi -ona deja louer le vacance derniere cetais dans un complexe touristique a chatt meriem avec picine mais la situation est loin de tout toujours il faut un taxi pour aller faire les course a la marina port elkantaoui ---- mais ici a DAR MARRAKECH APPARTEMENT HAMMAM SOUSSE on est tres central tout a pied . cest le bon choix pour des excellent sejiours merci pour M HADDAD pour la gentillesse pour , le fleurs , le gateaux tunisien, de leau de bouteille , est les fruit a notre arrivee sur table a lappartement surement on va retrourner de que possible. est finalement on recommande tres fortement lappartement a tout le monde est surtout a notre age a 45 ,60 ans est plus car cest une place de repos pour vous tres calme .. Très bon séjour

C'est une très bonne location pour les vacances bien située. Appartement bien sécurisé, le top !!!

Idéal pour vos vacances, cet appartement est bien situé dans Hammam Sousse, près de la plage et à côté des commerces où taxi circulent régulièrement et peux vous emmener où vous le désirez... Appartement bien sécurisé avec une porte d'entrée principal à trois point incluant plusieurs serrures, un interphone qui vous permet d'être en contact avec l'extérieur, et des caméras de sécurité dans cette résidence où un gardien est présent 24/24... J'ai passé un mois formidable à Dar Marrakech, du 5 juin 2015 au 5 juillet 2015, malgré l'attentat qui c'est passé en cette période, je ne me suis jamais senti en danger car cet appartement est bien sécurisé...Puis je pense qu'il ne faut pas céder à la psychose, la Tunisie est vraiment un beau pays, où se trouve soleil et accueil chaleureux... La location est propre et bien entretenu, puis Abdelhamid propriétaire est à votre écoute et fait en sorte que nous ne manquions de rien, je remercie Abdelhamid pour son accueil, sa gentillesse... Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité dont "Casa Del Gelato", "Mio Mondo" et beaucoup d'autres, Le Port El Kantaoui est à quelques minutes en taxi, vous y trouverez un parc d'attraction, cafés, restaurant et boutiques artisanales... Pour les courses, se trouve à proximité le monoprix où vous pouvez y aller à pieds... Pour les amateurs de parc aquatique, vous le trouverez sur Kantaoui... Je recommande vivement l'appartement Dar Marrakech, j'y ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises sur différentes périodes et je n'ai jamais été déçu, bien au contraire, je vais y retourner volontiers... Visitez notre belle Tunisie et séjourné à Dar Marrakech, vous ne serez pas déçu et vous y passerez de véritables bonnes vacances... J'adore la Tunisie et malgré l'attentat où tout ce qui se passe dans le monde, je continuerais d'y aller... Béatrice Barthélémy

its th 4 em time we staying hier in this perfect appartement . its very Clean, and very well furnished ,high standard all rooms, ,sea view , internet hight seed, tv satelite , and very safe Residence Close to the beach and supermarket .le monoprix and many restaurants ......... and the new Amazing decoration it so sweet and unique in this aeria we feel at home the owner is very friendlyyyyyyy sssss and avaible if you need some help ...... it be our first choise when we back to tunisia

tout etais a la hauteur tres bien ......... je vous recommonde tres fortement cette location . lappartement est super ,bien equipe,propre ,decor tres intime .ona la sentiments detre a la maison est proche des commerce est des restaurants a pieds ,pas besoin des taxi . la vue mer nous donne le repo le proprietaire a l ecoute est a des bon services est valable en cas des besoins attention de nombre des personnes sur votre demande sil te confirme pour 2 personnes sera 2 nest pas 5 personnes personnes non declare il paye extra ......... on veut bien revenure en octobre mais lappartement est occupe domage cest sur au future merci au proprietaire pour le service est la gentillesse jermy

Très bonneadresse a Sousse a recommander vivemen

Appartement splendide,calme, très propre en ordre par tout et presentaion avec un charme unique.Hautement équipée, wifi rapide, les chaînes françaises aussi presentent par satellite. une location a proximité d'un sympa supermarché, des restaurants a prix calculé et raisonable dans le quartier moin cher que port el kantaoui et le centre ville. L'appartement est a deux pas de la mer nous avons passé un agréable séjour ,tranquille et satisfaisant. C'est notre premier sejour en tunisie et nous sommes très satisfaits .Très contents du propriétaire sérieux et correct aussi de Homelidays d'etre si honnête et professionnelle. on retournera dès que possible au prochaine vacance . This is a fantastic apartment it felt just like home very clean n bright apartment with the view of the beach from the window a beautiful sight first thing in the morning. The apartment is veru local to the mono prix which has everything u need for a comfortable stay. The owner is a very accomdating man who is on hand if ever his needed. I will be referring my friends to be lovely place looking forward to coming back next year.

one of the best appartment at the coast of Sousse

we have been at this appartment twice and we enyoy it every minute its comfortebale ,very nice decorated and we found Everything we needed to make our stay very perfect,, there are internet,wi-fi,,satelite international,flat tv 40 the Residence is nearby all shops,restauarants,cafees,banks and just around the corner you find the beach and not just far to Sousse city by taxi the owner is very friendly and helpful with all information nedded . we have visited tunisia since 30 years ago and almost all times we have rented a appartment and DAR MARRAKECH APPARTMENT its the best Place to stay in for us we will definenetly return again to DAR MARRAKECH appratment and we reccomend to adults thanks to the owner and the good service we had during our stay family carseberg

Top Appartement .. que j'aimeeeeeeeeee :)

Appartement de luxe et de confort ,bien sécurisé, propre et à coté de la mer. équipé avec tout le nécessaire et de haute qualité. Rien ne manque et l'emplacement est calme . De plus, vous avez des endroits merveilleux à visiter... Bref un séjour au calme et dans le confort . Sans oublier le propriétaire Si Abd Lahmid ,il est très sympatique :)) .

Le calme sur place et l'animation pas loin

Très bonnes prestations pour ce deux-pièces salon cuisine américaine salle de bains et petit balcon. Grande terrasse sur le toit, dont une partie est visible sur la photo de l'annonce. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement, tout y est propre et l'emplacement est calme et sûr. Le voisinage ne manque pas de restaurants et simples gargotes aux menus délicieux et aux prix raisonnables, sans compter un supermarché et des supérettes. Mon mari et moi avons fréquenté assidûment le restaurant Le Grand Maghreb pour la fraîcheur de ses poissons, son accueil et sa disponibilité à modifier les garnitures selon les penchants ou le régime des clients. La longue plage peut être très fréquentée le week-end, mais l'eau y est limpide. Peu d'attractions dans le quartier, plutôt populaire, mais les nombreuses chaînes de télévision (grand écran plat) permettent de s'informer et se distraire entre les sorties à Sousse ou El-Kantaoui. Pour s'y rendre en moins de 10 minutes, les taxis simples ou collectifs (ces derniers beaucoup moins chers) ne manquent pas. Bref un séjour au calme et dans le confort, avec un propriétaire soucieux du bien-être de ses clients.

Merveilleux séjour à Sousse

J'ai été enchanté de l'accueil du propriétaire par le biais du téléphone ou de l'internet ainsi que de l'accueil que j'ai reçu à mon arrivée sur les lieux par Raouf, gérant de l'appartement en l'absence du propriétaire. L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, sain, bien situé avec à proximité la plage et les commerces, ainsi que les taxis. Toutes commodités est à l'intérieur, machine à laver que j'ai apprécié, internet qui nous permet de rester en contact avec notre famille, ect...... C'est un bel appartement, agréable, propre, bien situé avec en plus un accueil chaleureux, que je recommande à toutes personnes voulant visiter Sousse, venant régulièrement en Tunisie, et ayant été dans plusieurs endroits, je retournerais sans me poser de questions et sans hésiter à Dar Marrakech Appartement Hamman Sousse Plage. De plus, vous avez des endroits merveilleux à visiter, des cafés, ainsi que des restaurants et la plage pour passer un excellent séjour. Je vous assure vacances géniales sous le soleil. Je vous recommande vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu. Je remercie le propriétaire ainsi que Raouf pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, et d'avoir été présent pendant tous mon séjour.

luxury appartement and with a lot of charm

its a very nice appartment direct by the sea and near to all we needed shops monoprix, restauarants and banks. the Equipments was all of high standards and the decoration of the appartment was intime and romantic with the oriental decoration and the seawiew from the balcony was very great the appartment is situated in a very quiet and safe area the wifi is perfect with the european channels we can very much recomend DAR MARRAKECH LUXE APPARTMENT for everyone staying for a short or longer holiday the owner is very relayable and professionell we will certanly return to stay here again Another time

Appartement Luxueux

Appartement de luxe trés conforme ,bien securisé, à cotè de la mer. vue mer de 3 pièces. Bien equipé avec tout le necéssaire et de haute qualité. Bien decoré a l'oriental avec des détails bèrbères et modernes . situé a un emplacement stratégique et c'est point de départ pour differentes destinations attractives a Sousse. Tout près au centres commerciaux monoprix,Artisanats,Bars Cafés,Restaurants,banques juste 4 minutes à pied. Pour se rendre au centre ville de Sousse ou au Port Kantaoui de 5 a 10mn par taxi. on a eu un chaleureux acceuil de la part du gèrant de l'appartement avec un bouquet de fleurs et les bougies allumées dans le salon et la salle de bain.une réception touchante puisque nous sommes les premiers les premiers clients de homelidays . on a bien réjoui a notre sèjour,c'set tout a fait relaxant el calme. c'set vraiment un superbe sèjour dans cet appartement de luxe. Tout a fait conforme avec l'annonce indiqué sur le website de Homelidays et ça nous fait plaisir avoir des annonces conforme à la réalité. Sans oublier le propriétaire ,il est très sympatique,profesionnel et flexible et un peu plus de service pour le locataire . On recommande cet appartement a tout le monde pour passer une merveilleuse vacance que ce soit court ou bien long sèjour. c'est le plus luxueux appartement que on a jamais vu a Sousse . cest un excellent travail du proprietaire et bravo pour ce concept de luxe.
