Grooms Cottage in Uppingham, Leicestershire, sleeps four in two bedrooms.
Grooms Cottage is a lovely barn conversion situated in East Norton, Leicestershire. Hosting two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, able to sleep a total of four guests. There is also a family bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has a courtyard patio area with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Grooms Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural break to the East Midlands.
NOTE: Latest check-in is 10 pm due to surrounding neighbors
Amenities: Woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Courtyard patio area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.0 miles and pub 1.5 miles. 2 well-behaved pets allowed. Note: There is a £20 per dog supplement - this is payable directly with the owner on arrival, dogs must not be left on their own or allowed upstairs at any time. Note: Horse riding at the yard and hacking out can be arranged privately with the owners, and can make a great holiday activity for all ages whether experienced rider or beginner.
