The owner had a Villa in Europe and he decided to import from his Villa the most original furniture and crystal and make this Penthouse as beautiful as his former residence. At the front door you will be greeted by an 18 century solid brass door knocker. You will sleep on a solid hand carved mahogany bed with 24 carat gold leaves thru out. Beautiful original majestic framed oil paintings. A top grain leather recliner, Chinese carved coffee table. Beautiful hand painted hanging dishes from Spain. Top of the line appliances and a smart TV. The amazing quartz tile floor imported from England in the bedroom bathroom and tub area will surprise you with the reflection of tiny pieces of mirror embedded in the tiles. It makes the floor a beautiful starry night. After a great day at the beach why not relax in the Jacuzzi. To fully appreciate the beauty of this penthouse it must be experienced. Honeymoon
My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. The condo was beautiful and having multiple stores within walking distance was great. The two beach chairs that come free were great to have instead of having to worry about hauling our own. We will definitely be sticking with this property and renting from this owner/manager again. It was the perfect honeymoon getaway! 10/10 !

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo unit. It was supplied with everything that we needed. The bed was so comfortable, which is sometimes hard to find! There was a lagoon pool and two other smaller pools on the property for when we didn’t want to go to the beach.

Loved the area and ease of beach and pool . Unit was as described. Furniture is big but ok since just 2 of us . Only negative was sheets were stretched out and wouldn’t stay on

Spectacular View
A great location with beautiful view from the balcony Wished it was a little more beachy but I did select this unit, so my bad sheets didn't fit the bed. Had to remake bed every morning because the sheets would come off It was clean and as advertised so no surprises TV was difficult to figure out. Remotes didn't match instructions that were left. Enjoyed ourselves and the area.

Great snowbird vacation
The condo was very comfortable and super clean, and we loved the master bedroom…best thing was the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets were incredible and listening to the ocean waves every day made the vacation. The property manager, Bill, and owner, Peter, were great! During our first week the refrigerator water filter quit working, so we told Bill. The very next day Peter replaced it. We told him the microwave was working but not properly, so Peter had a brand new one installed the very next day. Talk about service!

Enjoyed the views, the bed was super comfortable, jacuzzi was great but I was surprised that there was not a shower but we were able to adapt. We were able to see dolphins from our room. The decor was great and unique. This room is definitely for adults.

The viewes were amazing ! The condo was just as described but we felt the large tabel & chairs were too big for the condo & a smaller set would have been much better from a functional standpoint ! The shower flow needs to increase & then the condo would be perfect ! these are the only 2 things we would change if we could ! we will rent it again ! Thanks for a great vacation in a great condo ! *******

What a view
We had a wonderful time in this nicely appointed condo. The view from the 14th floor is incredible from sun up to sun down. Communication was great from Bill! The only suggestion I may make is that the sliding doors have new rollers put on them as it was very difficult for my wife to open and close them. We will return for sure!

Second time in this unit. It makes me feel like royalty every time we stay. The furnishings and decor are of the highest quality. The floor even sparkles like it has diamonds in it when it’s dimly lit. Won’t be our last visit. Property manager has went above and beyond.

A couple of things were not working properly, I called and it was not 20 mins and the Owners came and fixed and also replaced the TV with a brand new one. Can’t say enough about the service and all around great condo !

Beautiful sunsets!!
The 14th floor was the best place to watch every sunset! The unit was well supplied with kitchen, bathroom, etc. The elevators were super fast. Communication with the manager was always timely. The resort wasn't very full while we were there. The beach (always awesome) was not busy at all, The building itself was very clean and we saw security often doing their rounds. We'll be back!

Condo pictures are exactly as described. Great ocean view from the 14th floor. Property manager was quick to respond when we couldn’t locate the volume on the tv located in the den. Elevator is fast. One negative was the front glass door slamming behind you when entering.
