New big villa wich was finished in October 2017 . House is 50 meters from wonderful beach. We build two houses next to each other so our guests can have a enough space to enjoy their holiday with all family and friends. Villa has 2 separate entrances and big full equipped kitchen, living rooms, game area with pool table , 2 dinning areas and big dining area outside. There are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in the villa .we can accommodate 17 people!!! .For family with kids we provide everything needed for children including baby cot, baby toilet, baby chair , toys and books, dvds and etc. Each room has air condition, ventilator and private toilet. All beds and linens are totally new and fresh. We provide 3 type of towels, shampoo, and soap. We build huge ocean view terrace you to enjoy the best sunsets and sunrise in Mexcio. Big pool , palapa with hammocks or huge sitting area with comfortable armchairs will be the best place to spend time together. Tankah is very unique place where is still virgin beach, no people around only wonderful sea and beautiful nature. On the beach you can see turtles nesting. Beach is sandy but entrance to the sea is rocky. Don’t forget to bring your beach shoes and snorkeling equipment. You can see corals in the sea.
That’s the only villa in Tankah wich has beautiful garden and big pool surrounded by jungle. Yoga in the garden, tasty BBQ or fresh coffee in the morning will be the best things to do here. For your leisure we have dish TV, little library, collection of DVD, table games,
House is just 500 mts away from Chamico blue lagoon and restaurant . If you like adventure there are 4 different adventure parks near this area. World known historical place Tulum and pyramides are just 10 min drive. If you walk 10 minutes away from house you will find a very famous cenote Casa Cenote where you can swim and snorkel in emerald green water or do kayaking. Next to the house there are 5 restaurants with amazing ocean view where you can try typical Mexican food. For our special guests we have private chief service available, transportation from airport and rent a car service.
For guest who like to discover Rivera Maya and Yucatan we organizing different type of tours. We have 3 types of fishing and diving boats for rent so you can catch the biggest fish in Carribian or go diving or snorkeling with us and discover underwater world. Fantastic stay for 9 friends

Casa Tanka was the perfect rental house for our friends vacation in Tulum. The house was spacious and well cared for. It was very comfortable for 9 people to stay in. It's also situated in a great location - a short drive into the heart of Tulum and nearby attractions, but on a quiet lane within a short walk to the beach. Nadia was an enthusiastic host and arranged a very special Yucatecan breakfast at the house cooked by a very talented local woman. And the home's caretaker, Santos, was attentive and friendly. Would definitely return!

Tulum Suburb

Nice but, awkward layout if you rent the 2 properties, which are kinda like townhomes. It is a nice place but not luxurious. According to the owner, because of the water situation in Tulum, there is no washer/dryer. No dishwashers. Pool light didn't work, so no real night pool use. A/C was very effective but 2 leaked. The sliding glass doors did not have handles from outside (maybe for security, but difficult to open and close. All outdoor cushions (especially pool lounges chairs) need cleaning or replacing. The picture of the beach looks like you can just walk out and be on white sand and walk into the water. When in truth the rocks between the sand and water are a challenge. The location was like being in a suburb away (far away ) from hustle and bustle of town (which we preferred). Their were beautiful homes, cenotes, and a cute hotel or two on the street (road). But due to construction there were some spots where the road had debris and litter. Otherwise nice road which is about 2 miles long and behind a guarded gate. The owner was very, very accommodating and helped arrange most of, if not all of the services and activities we needed and wanted. I guess if you are looking for a beautifully manicured, luxurious house. Pay more for another one.

I recently traveled to Tulum for the first time with a group of nine to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday. The two houses that make up the rental were larger than I imaged, and the property was kept immaculately clean. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and we had more than enough space to make ourselves at home. The view from the balconies was wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable. We felt very safe and most of our basic needs were well covered. During our stay, there was a persistent problem with water in one of the houses caused by an unforeseen equipment malfunction, which was frustrating, but what made it bearable were three things: 1) there are two houses and plenty of bathrooms, so we always had access to the water we needed to bathe, and cook; 2) the owners provide ample bottled water for drinking, and 3) Leo always responded to our questions and issues within a few minutes. He even drove to a nearby town late on a Saturday night to pick up a plumber to address the issue and stayed until the work was done. We appreciated all of his efforts to make our stay enjoyable. The beach located directly across the street from the property is quite lovely to look at and (with water shoes) to wade into. However, we chose to drive a short distance to Paraiso Beach to enjoy the white sand beaches, beachfront restaurants, and water sports. If I travel to Tulum with a large group again, I will certainly consider revisiting Leo and Nadia's property.

Incredible stay in a beautiful, quiet location

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Nadia’s beautiful property. The house is in great condition—everything was spotless and Nadia gave us a tour/explained how everything worked. While we didn’t need anything during our stay, Nadia was accessible at all times to answer questions. In addition, she was kind enough to offer recommendations for chartering a day of fishing, provided access to a local taxi company, and overall gave us the lay of the land without being intrusive. Stunning sunrises are a major plus on the beach in front of the house! Thanks again for an incredible stay!

Eine traumhafte Casa an einem wundervollen Ort

Wir machten einen grossen Familienurlaub mit 16 Personen zwischen 2 - 80 Jahren. Das grosszügige Haus mit dem schönen Garten mit Pool bot uns alles, was wir brauchten um uns rundum wohl zu fühlen. Herzlichen Dank an Leo und Nadia und das Team! Den noch natürlichen Strand ohne Massentourismus genossen wir sehr. Eine genaue Beschreibung der Anfahrt wäre hilfreich gewesen um das Anwesen auf Anhieb zu finden. Wenn es nicht so weit wäre, kämen wir sicher bald wieder zurück!

Big family gathering

This place was amazing for our big family getaway! We snorkeled 100yards out of the front door and explored the local cenote minutes away! All of our food shopping needs were in Tulum a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and getaway that this location and lovely place provided. The kids were so happy with the pool!

Amazing Beautiful Jungle Beach Paradise

We stayed at Nadia's place with a group of 12 guys. She could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She answered all questions immediately via email or WhatsApp. The place is gorgeous, a huge house with tons of room and multiple kitchens, with a beautiful little pool and hammocks. There is a groundskeeper who keeps and eye on things and is on call for any issues. He came in to fix an air conditioner immediately when it started leaking. It's walking distance to a great cenote and a cool restaurant on the beach, as well as a few other nearby venues. To get downtown or to the beach clubs is a taxi drive, but taxis are readily available at the entrance to the path where the house is. Tulum in general has probably become my favorite vacation destination since going here with my friends. It really is the perfect combination of peaceful jungle beach and also a great nightlife scene if you want that. Some of the best DJs in the world play here, and Casa Tankah made it all very easy to enjoy!

I spent incredible time

Area is very quite.place feel very secure. No people around at all. Beach is just in front. Its a 2 houses next to each other.its actualy more beatiful than on the pictures.there are 2 rooms with ocean view,2 rooms with garden view,2 rooms with pool view. Upstairs there are 2 big ocean vieaw terrace with outdoor furniture.its the best place to have coffee in the morning. There is one leaving room with TV in one house and one leaving room with bar table and Tv(+dvd )in another house. We like game room wirh pool table. House is nice decorated and well furnished.and its huge.we stay 16 people(12 adults and 4 kids).Nadia(owner) brought for my kid baby crib and foulder bed. Actualy house has everything for little kids thats made our holiday more . We like that all beds and linnens was new and very comfortable . There is a local women who made for us breakfast every day.you need to ask it at list 1 day in advance We went Xelha, Tulum ruins, and deep sea fishing (owner has fishing boat) It was amazing holiday.thank you for Nadia and all her recommendations.

The villa was perfect for our family gathering for my 70th birthday!

We loved the house--beautiful decor, great decks, comfortable bedrooms, functional kitchen, a table we could all fit around, and the wonderful backyard with pool, hammocks, bbq and picnic table. We enjoyed the walks to the beach and cenote, and the short drive to Tulum for supermarket, restaurants/night life, and even more beaches. Nadia was extremely helpful and even provided a birthday cake! Thank you so much!

A superb Villa in beautiful Tankah

We stayed with a group in this Villa and it´s extraordinary. Nadya - the manager - has made everything so simple and easy going since the beginning: she replies your emails and messages within a few minutes and makes a huge effort to reply all the question and help you to organize your stay. The Villa is super safe and located on a really relaxed and tranquil area... Is right in front of the beach, so a few steps and you can enjoy a beautiful turquoise sea. Rooms are really comfortable, AC worked perfect all our stay, there are plenty of beds to make your stay easy and every room has it´s own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern style and the garden is great for lunch and dinners in the nature. Completely recommend this property for family or group of friends, it adjust to all the necessities. Thanks Nadya! See you again next year!

Even better than described! Great for big groups

Casa Tankah was an incredible place to spend several nights with 7 of my closest friends. The neighborhood felt very safe, it's close enough to the main part of Tulum and has easy access to the beach. The layout of the place is perfect for hanging out. There is a Bluetooth speaker for music and more hammocks than you know what to do with. All the appliances look very new. If I had any questions, Leo and Nadia were easily available. The pool was perfect during those hot days. Thank you so much Nadia and Leo!

Amazing Place!

This is such a great location: right opposite the beach, walking to Casa Cenote which is a brilliant snorkeling spot and super nearby to Tulum where you can find restaurants, shopping and a big supermarket for grocery shopping - super practical. The villa is very well equipped, clean, modern and perfect for different couples/family groups staying together - highly recommend! Nadia was very helpful and provided everything we needed for an amazing holiday, thanks so much and see you again in the future for sure!!

It´s imposible to forget such a vacation!

Can you imagine a huge family (13 persons) who decided for the first time to spend the vacation together?! Why? It wasn't really a happy situation, my aunt, a lovely person was dying of cancer. Everybody in our family knew that the vacation should be the perfect one. It was very important for us to organize everything perfectly. I was recommended some woman, the owner; who had a lot of own apartments and houses for to rent. She was said to be a very good responsible person. I messaged her having explained our situation asking if she had some ideal villa for us......I've not never met the owner better. The house was so comfortable for all of us. These days were the best days in my life which I've spent with my family. You cannot see but I am crying now; crying because it was really really coooool! Thanks to the owner who presented to my aunt so happy last days of her difficult life. Thanks to the owner who made my family soo happy, our children....Children still ask me to come back to that amazing place! The house was really comfortable to stay there just to enjoy our vacation but somebody of our family insisted on looking for more emotions and believe me there were soo many places to get them. I don't want to tell about everything what we were doing there because in this case it won´t be soo emotional for the people who will be the next ones here. Just come here and get them!!!!!

Bellissima casa.In una fantastica posizione !!

La casa si trova in una località tranquilla e elegante .Pur avendo molta tranquillita vicina ad essa ci sono tante attivita da fare come andare al cenote Manatì , a Mangiare in una baia vergine come Chamico o camminare e fare il bagno nelle bellissime spiagge .La casa é spaziosa pulita e arredata benissimo i propietari sono stati super gentili e disponibili .Consiglio la macchina a noleggio per poter visitare i fantastici pu.to di interesse diatanti solo pochi mi.uti : Tulum,Akumal...
