Our favorite place stay in the Quitman Area

Beat place around Mineola/Quitman area

The apartment was very clean, very well furnished and built. Beautiful kitchen counters. Modern conviences including Alexa and smart tvs in both rooms. We stayed there more then went out because of how nice a place it was to relax. Will definitely be back soon!

One of the Best by far we have stayed at.

Host (Wayne) was very helpful, met us when we got there to see that we got in and any needs were met. This is the best and most quiet place we have stayed in. it is very clean with everything you need for your stay. My wife and I highly recommend. not far from Canton and the drive is beautiful. This is small town hospitality at its best.

Great space

Great space to relax and the kettle corn was so good - hosts are there close if you need anything but leave you alone to do your own thing - lots of extras like snacks, coffee, soft towels - these hosts have thought of it all - book with list of area eating places or grill if you want to cook

Friendly Home Away from Home

Wayne and Linda are awesome hosts. Although the property is listed as an apartment, it is more like a home. It is so comfortable, homey, and very adequately accommodating! The hosts leave nothing out for you to enjoy your stay! This will be our first choice when staying in or around Quitman. We definitely recommend this property.

GREAT VRBO APARTMENT!!! By far, one of the best I've stayed.

This apartment is better than described. This place was immaculate. The bed was so comfortable and the water was hot. Anything you may have forgotten was there for your use. Linda had everything labeled so you didn't have to wonder. The home is a home away from home. There were all kinds of treats provided. But, the homemade kettle corn was the best I've ever tasted. In the guest binder, they provided the recipe and instructions. The grounds were neatly manicured ....I like being outside. These gracious hosts even shared some banana squash from their garden and told me how to cook it. This is a great get-away-serene & peaceful. I want to stay again before the year is out. Unexpected

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts, Wayne and Linda, go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their renters. We have never seen a rental that is stocked with things like this one. And the homemade kettle corn they made for us was the best we have ever eat. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning on vacationing in this area.

Perfect stay

We thougholy enjoyed our stay at this property! Talk about having everything we might have forgot to bring. It's much more like home than just awesome amenities. Absolutely loved all of the decorations! It looks as though it's done for every season/holiday, such a welcoming touch. The Automatic Paper Towel Dispenser is so great! The kitchen is very well outfitted. There is also plenty of space for larger vehicles/trailers. This place is as perfect as it gets!

We loved everything about our stay! Check in was easy, the property was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen was also very well stocked. Just like home

Definitely Is like staying home with the comforts and decor. Little touches here and there, quiet, clean and comfortable. Feels like being home even when you’re not. This wasn’t our first stay, and it definitely won’t be our last. We enjoy staying there when we go fishing in that area. Definitely worth the stay!

Great Place

Do not looks deceive you. It may look like a metal building on the outside but the apartment on the inside is very nice, clean and comfortable. In my line of work I see a lot of rentals and this one is TOP NOTCH.

My wife and I are retired. We built the shop apartment and the house we currently live in. We are active and love to have guest in our apartment. Our apartment is your apartment.

Why they chose this property

This Shop Apartment was built in 2004 as a home for my wife and I while we build our current home in front of the apartment/shop. Because we knew that we would be living in the apartment for about 2 years, I built it like I would be building our home. The furniture is new, the whole place is like new. We hope you will like it as much as we like it.

Within city limit, close to Subway and several restaurants, gas stations and.... 5 miles from Lake Fort Reservoir, 5 miles from Lake Quitman, 9 miles from Walmart.
