Your Tropical Oasis!! Please come enjoy what we believe is one of the best located units in Mauna Lani Fairways. Total privacy!! No Lanai facing yours, no building right next door. No road outside your door or windows. Peek-a-boo views of the Mountain, and the golf course from the Master Lanai. Lanai is truly covered, not baked in the sun all day long. But the sun is right there if you want to roll the lounges out onto the grass. Tastefully decorated with just about every amenity you could want. (read our 100% 5 star reviews) We want you to enjoy your stay and leave the details to us. The beds have luxury linens with a 3" gel foam pad on the master King size bed. The guest room can be made up as Twin XL beds or a King, also with gel foam pads for luxury comfort. If there are 6 of you, we have a high quality electrically inflated blow up Queen bed complete with luxury linens, extra pillows and lovely bedding. Your complete comfort is our goal.

Our on-line guest book will provide you with every possible detail you could need for your stay from directions to our complex, to gate and door codes, Fairways complex details like pool hours, house rules, etc., and details about the unit to help get you settled. We've included links to restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery, spas, golf, tennis, and more.

The garage is fully stocked with a couple of bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, ice chest and more.

You will have access to the Owners Beach Club (4 min drive) as well as an easy walk to the amazing lagoon beach at the Fairmont Orchid. (8 min walk) Both of these beaches have awesome snorkeling. Stroll the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid with ponds, waterfalls, and amazing lush landscapes not to mention the ocean views and lovely beach walk path.

Golf? Yep!! There are 7 courses within 8 miles of the Fairways. Tennis? Yep!! Over 12 courts within walking distance. Boogie boarding? Yep!! Hapuna Beach is some of the best boogie boarding in Hawaii. (and one of the reasons we picked the Big Island...what can I say...I love to boogie board) The owners beach is literally some of the best snorkeling anywhere, with turtles and in season the whales make a daily appearance. This is truly a tropical paradise.

Getaway and wedding weekend

My husband and I came to the Big Island to attend my cousin’s wedding and it just so happened to be our anniversary as well. This unit was absolutely perfect for our stay and as advertised. We had a family member stay with us the night of the wedding so the extra bedroom and bathroom worked out perfectly. The location of the rooms was also nice because you couldn’t hear a thing. Kitchen was well stocked and the bikes (although we ran out of time to use them) and snorkel gear/beach chairs were in great shape. Access to the owners beach club/restaurant were perfect for the day of our arrival and day of the wedding when we only had time to get a quick bite and relax for a couple of hours. Communication with on island PM was also appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and stay here next time with our 2 boys.

Great stay on Big Island

The condo was in a great spot, very quiet. We loved hearing the birds in the morning, and enjoyed the private yard and lanai. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful, and we also enjoyed that. The home is well-equipped and comfortable, and we used some of the snorkel equipment we found in the garage at the Beach Club (a very nice beach!). We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property

This rental is in a very desirable location, and is very well equipped. We loved it’s easy access to the beach and nearby shopping/groceries. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance until the last few days of our stay. This was a minor setback with access to the Beach Club. The unit was very clean and well equipped! Thanks so much for having us!

Paradise found

This rental went beyond the description. Super private. We never saw or heard any neighbors during our week plus stay, even though we were surrounded by other owners and guests. The owner has the unit well stocked with just about anything you need. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. Large, extremely clean and not crowded. The beach had free cabanas and a great restaurant which we enjoyed. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Very Nice, Private Townhome

This is a nice, well-maintained, quiet and private townhome on the edge of the Fairways development. The home is comfortable, and there are plenty of items in the garage to support your leisure activities. The kitchen is well-equipped to support any meals that you might prepare. All-in-all, a great property that we enjoyed staying in during our recent visit.

Home away from home

Comfortable, clean, bright, well stocked, nicely furnished unit in a quiet neighborhood. We often had the pool/hot tub area to ourselves. Nearby market had everything we needed. Nearby restaurants are expensive. We did find more reasonable prices with good food in the larger towns. Nearby beaches were not over crowded and offered plenty of sand and shade.

Lovely Condo in Mauna Lani

This was our first time at Ashley's condo in the Fairways, but we have stayed in several other places around Mauna Lani Resort over the years. The combination of location, accommodations, amenities and value cannot be beat. I hope that we can return soon.

Everything and More

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (5 and 9) over Spring Break. The property is quiet, relaxing and very comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the Beach Club, pool/hot tub, and close proximity to destinations. Ashley provided detailed information regarding the property prior to our arrival and listed great recommendations for things to do in an online guestbook. We will definitely be back!

Perfect launch point for activities

Close to amenities and restaurants, well appointed and with basic staples in ample stock we really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s Mauna Lani Fairways end unit. Staying at this end of the island made it easier to get to Hilo, Mauna Kea and beach activities.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed here while I attended a conference at the Orchid Hotel. Perfect location, close to the conference, quiet and private for relaxing time. Close to grocery shopping, good restaurants, Mauna Kea and the saddle road to access the rest of the island. Clean, well stocked and really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Home Away from Home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much. It was spacious for the two of us to do some work and play. It has everything you need— all the beach gear, cooking supplies, laundry. We sat on the patio with our coffees every morning watching the birds (very private compared to the other units!), walked to the pool at night, and enjoyed access to the private beach. We want to come back with our future kids someday!!

Lovely townhouse in paradise

We truly enjoyed this little gem, nestled away in a nice corner of the property. The backyard oasis was so quiet and private! We had everything we needed for a beach day - cooler, beach chairs/umbrella, towels! The owner’s beach club gave us full access to parking, bathrooms and a safe, swimming beach to snorkel or soak up the sun.

Beautiful Home & Location

This property was the perfect fit for our family. We absolutely loved the location and the convenience of having a local grocery store, shops and restaurants near by. The home itself had everything we needed. From beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, toiletries, trash bags and cleaning supplies. It was beautifully decorated, very well organized and extremely clean. It was the perfect home away from home for us. We hope to return very soon.

Perfect! Would stay again

I had never been to Hawaii before, and Ashley's property was perfect. The property itself is very clean, private and comfortable. It has a very well equipped kitchen and a very good gas grill we used several times. The location is also excellent--it is very close to multiple beautiful beaches with excellent snorkeling. The location is also good if you want to explore the rest of the island. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Love this place

Total paradise

Wow! What an amazing stay! So well stocked, clean and cozy. Very comfortable for our family of four. Bonus was the fun extras in the garage- snorkel gear, boogie boards, floats, bikes. On our 21st trip to Hawaii we finally decided it was time to make a little piece of it our own. We are very excited to share our new Tropical Oasis with happy travelers.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Not only this Island, this area and this complex, but also this unit!! We just love our end unit, looking on to a wonderful keawe forest and not looking at other buildings or other Lanais or paths. While still easy access to the pool area, the privacy is second to none.

What makes this property unique

The Fairways proximity to the amazing Fairmont Orchid beach is a pretty well kept secret. Less than a 10 min. walk. It is just paradise to wake up early and stroll along the beach walk which goes for a few miles in each direction from the Fairmont Orchid.

Also the layout of the Mauna Lani Resort area is set up so as to reduce traffic. With the shops at the center, the round about then disburses traffic outwards rather than in a loop around the entire complex. This reduces the number of cars passing thru and brings a greater sense of privacy and security.
