This newly refurbished apartment (60sq m) is placed in one of the nicest residential areas of Turin. 5 min walk from the city center and main train station (Porta Susa) and 100m away from the nearest metro station (Principi d'Acaja).

This spacious apartment is very well designed to allow people to have their own space.
Guests have access to the whole apartment and wide terrace accessible from the bedroom and winter garden.
The sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed (bedroom), a comfortable double sofa-bed (living room) and a single sofa-bed (winter-garden) should the guests need them.
This is a well-maintained antique building, so please have extra care when staying here.

A Delightful Apartment

This apartment was delightful. It is in a quiet street with good access to local supplies and services, and we were able to base ourselves nicely here to enjoy the city. We found trains and buses with ease and enjoyed walking too.The apartment offers all facilities. We especially liked the dining space with sliding doors, and the small patio off the bedroom.It is not large but not tiny either....perfect for a couple spending some time in this beautiful city. We hope to return. Thank you, dear host.

Eintauchen ins Turiner Leben

Alles von der Kommunikation mit Raffaella im Vorfeld bis zum unkomplizierten Zuziehen der Tür am Ende unseres Aufenthalts hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und war für uns zu zweit ideal. Die Lage so zentral, dass man zu Fuß fast schneller als mit der Tram im Stadtzentrum ist; dabei in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Alles, was man für's tägliche Leben braucht, ist direkt ums Eck und es macht Freude, so unmittelbar ins Turiner Leben einzutauchen.

Lovely apartment and host

Our host was very helpful with tips on places to go and quick answers to all of our questions. The apartment is lovely and convenient to metro, buses, and train station. It was clean and beautifully decorated.

Lovely spacious apartment

Nice location, very quiet, convenient for the Metro and lots of restaurants. Raffaella met us at the property and was informative and friendly. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Great base for two in Turin

This property was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and well equipped. The owner lives next door and appeared as soon as we arrived and phoned her. The location was quiet but an easy walk (3 minutes) to the Metro and the city centre (about 20 minutes). The building lift worked every time. Good, local supermarkets nearby. The roof top outside space was small but nice to enjoy some sunshine or lunch alfresco. We had an excellent 7 day stay and would go back.

A special place in Torino

The small one bedroom apartment is extremely well appointed with everything one might need. Location is perfect just one block from the metro. Hope to return some day.

Alles perfekt

Das Appartment ist geräumig, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frau Bertolli hat uns alles gezeigt, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, die Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fast um die Ecke. Wir können das Appartment sehr empfehlen.

Soggiorno quasi perfetto!

Ottima la struttura, ottima la posizione, ottima l’accoglienza e la disponibilità’ della proprietaria. Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo Pasquale con temperature più basse della media e il non funzionamento dei termosifoni e’ stato sostituito con l’utilizzo del condizionatore d’aria. Un unico suggerimento: le camere in realtà non sono due ma la zona giorno viene adibita a camera con l’utilizzo del divano letto comunque comodo. Il quinto posto letto singolo invece, sempre in soggiorno, e’ un po’ meno confortevole… Soluzione perfetta per 4 persone. Voto 9/10

Absolutely beautiful apartment! The decorating couldn’t be more perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. superbe séjour à Turin, location parfaite.

Tout était parfait : propre, très calme, joliment décoré, et proche du coeur de ville, ce qui permet de découvrir Turin à pied. Un quartier à l'architecture italienne très typique, jolis bâtiments.

Séjour agréable

L’appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et bien situé (près du métro, avec les magasins alimentaires proches, dans un quartier calme) avec, aux alentours, de belles maisons « anciennes » (1900 peut être, et richement décorées). Nous venons « souvent » à Turin, et cette location fera partie de nos meilleures locations. (Nous avons seulement eu des soucis avec le site Abritel qui était en difficulté avec internet lors de notre réservation ce qui nous a donné quelques frayeurs mais nous avons tenu bon et, la panne réparée, tout est rentré dans l’ordre.)

Calme et confort

Dans un quartier calme, cet appartement au dernier étage d'un immeuble typique de Turin, offre tout le confort pour une famille de 4. La luminosité pour le petit déjeuner est juste parfaite. Vous n'êtes pas trop loin des commodités et des points de visites de Turin. Rafaella est disponible et arrangeante (heure d'arrivée).

Eine entzückende Dachgeschosswohnung. Für unseren 18-tägigen Aufenthalt hätten wir uns sehr ein bewegliches Klimagerät gewünscht - es war unfassbar heiß für norditalienische Verhältnisse.
