Our house is located a stone's throw from the sea, in one of the most suggestive areas of Salento characterized by a wild nature, a few km from Castro Marina and halfway between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca.
It is an independent solution, ideal for two people, enriched by green spaces in front and behind, with the presence of a majestic secular olive tree.
The studio has a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchenette, a TV and a fridge.
The house is embellished with a veranda with sea view, equipped with table and chairs and with the presence of a practical external shower and an indispensable washbasin. In front there is another small garden.
The sea (low rock) can be reached on foot from the hotel. There are equipped lidos where you can use sunbeds and umbrellas.
Nearby there are bars and restaurants and in the neighboring countries there are many festivals and parties where you can spend the evening!
The house is located in the locality of Marina di Andrano, in a strategic position from which it is possible to reach some of the most important Salento coastal towns in just a few kilometers.
