It’s time to “BEACH PAR-TEE FORE SHORE”! This wonderful home features both OCEAN & FAIRWAY VIEWS and is located a SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH on Hole #1 of the SeaScape Golf Course in Kitty Hawk. It features an 8-PERSON HOT TUB, a large SWIMMING POOL (unheated), and a game room with a POOL TABLE and FOOSBALL. It has a large Great Room/Dining/Kitchen area GREAT FOR LARGE FAMILY GATHERINGS. Free WI-FI with speed up to 60mps. 7 TV’S and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones. The roomy breakfast bar and dining tables seat 14+ with additional seating if necessary. All three areas have OCEAN VIEWS. Magnificent decks with built-in benches have OCEAN VIEWS and overlooks the POOL and also the FAIRWAY! Located on a private road nestled in Kitty Hawk near where Orville and Wilbur Wright flew their first flight.

There are 2 King master suites, 3 Queen bedrooms, and 2 twins. As an added bonus, you'll find all the beds made with fresh linens upon your arrival compliments of the homeowner! There is also a 3rd story WIDOW’S WATCH/LOFT/STUDY with an amazing view of the ocean and golf course. Great for chilling out, reading a book, watching TV or just relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach or on the links. Speaking of relaxing, did we mention the new hot tub.

In the recreation room, you’ll find a kitchenette including refrigerator, microwave, pool & foosball tables. Outside enjoy the splendor of a huge 30’ x 13’ foot swimming pool and an 8-person hot tub. There is also a screened porch, grill, and enclosed outside shower.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our 3 generation family was VERY pleasantly surprised with the whole place. The littles loved “their” room at the top and everyone enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The house has something for everyone; games, pool table, lotsa DVDs, etc. The beach was certainly close enough to walk to, but with the traffic and all the stuff we had to carry, it just proved easier to transport everything and everyone by car. There wasn’t any problem finding parking at the beach either. The weather was perfect - not too hot or humid. We highly recommend Tracy and Daya’s place for sure!

Fully stocked home in Great location

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy and Daya's home. It is a perfect place to enjoy the Outer Banks with family. Convenient location, fully-stocked home with everything you need, and a great layout to accommodate a large crew. We hope to come back some day. Thank you for being such great hosts, Tracy and Daya!

Beautiful, Well Equipped Home

I’m so late posting this but better than never 😁 This home is big, beautiful and well equipped with everything you need! I took my family of 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 3-12. There was plenty of room to spread out and lots to do! Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only downside was having to cross a very busy 4 lane highway with kids and all your stuff - we ended up driving over. Also, May is very unpredictable and it rained all but one day 😞

Family getaway

Family enjoyed the house and pool. Several blocks from the beach. There is a light to cross the highway for the beach. Had 9 adults and two 3 year olds with plenty of space. Tracy came by on Wednesday to check the pool and hot tub. Very nice accommodations lots of pool and beach toys also had an air pump for the pool inflatable along with several beach chair for use.

Family 2023 Trip to Kitty Hawk

Beach House Review We LOVED staying at the Beach Par-Tee Fore Shore! It was the perfect beach house for our stay as a family of 10 people. The house is stocked with everything you could need, from toys, DVDs, and pool floaties to towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. The kids used the pool every single day, and the hot tub every evening. The location is great, and while the walk to the beach isn’t too far, the parking by the beach was superb. This is hands down the place to be if you’re staying in Kitty Hawk! We want to go back!

This house was perfect for our large group! Plenty of space. The pool area and screened in porch with hot tub were great! The house was so clean and well cared for and the owners were awesome! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Summer trip

Loved the house, had everything we needed, conveniently located, a short walk to beach that crosses a major road.... crosswalk and light set up to support easy crossing. Initially concerned that this would be an issue..it was not. Tracey was an amazing host that ensured our check in was flawless and easy to reach if needed. plenty of space and a great open living area. Can't wait to plan a return trip

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just spent a wonderful week in Kitty Hawk Outerbanks in this beautiful home, very clean & spacious. This home had everything we needed. Family Vacation

This house was a great fit for our vacation with our kids and grandkids. The pool, screen porch and hot tub-Inside + pool table-were huge hits on a rain day!!) All game changers for the trip. Ample parking for the 6 cars. It was a great vacation. Friendly owner is a plus also.

Family vacation home

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Everything was clean and perfect for our family. Access to the beach was so easy. Beach parking was close and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the large family room and there was plenty of seating for our family to be together. The kitchen was well stocked and accessible. Overall, we loved this house and would stay there again!

Wonderful Property

This home was clean, spacious and the most well stocked house I've ever stayed in. I have been staying in the Outer Banks annually for 20 years and this house was the 1st that had plenty of spices, Tupperware, toilet paper, games, trash bags and more. It was pretty far from the beach, but the location is included in the listing, so that was an oversight on myself. The owners were very responsive with massaging.

Great family house!

The property was clean and spacious. We made great use of the pool, sauna and pool table! It was a nice, brief walk to the beach or really short drive with parking nearby if you want to bring a lot of beach paraphernalia down. We had a large tent and heavy coolers so we would drive that stuff down and the rest of the family could walk down at their leisure. The top upstairs room (and deck) - was perfect for anyone who had to squeeze in a work meeting or online class. Or if you wanted to put a kids movie on up there - that space would work. We did not have any children with us but there were many games and provisions for kids apparent. Great stay and wonderful memories made for all of us!

The House That Accommodates a Large Group Comfortably

Wow!! What a great home.

This was not just a place to stay. It was a real home. We have stayed in many rental houses over the past 30 years on the Outer Banks. This was the first one that felt we were staying in a home. The owners were extremely hospitable and very friendly. They came by mid-week to see if we needed anything. I truly felt that we were staying with family. We will be back next summer!!

PAR TEE FORE SHORE

This was our first experience renting a house for vacation. I wish we had done it sooner. The house was just as described. Had everything you could imagine you would need, plus more. Location was awesome quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. And a quick drive or bike ride to get restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I questioned whether we really needed them....yes, you want them. It was nice to cool off after a long day of adventures. And the hot tub was awesome for our tired bodies after zip lining and parasailing. The kitchen has everything. Even spices...except garlic, so bring some garlic. We want to come back and rent this house next year!

Home away from home

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. All the pool toys, beach toys, all the linens and kitchen items to make your stay care and worry free. The owners are great and will assist with your needs. We plan to return!

Great Home

We were a family of 12. Pictures do not do this house justice. It’s very roomy and spacious. Our family loved full size saltwater pool, hot tub and screen in room.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this home as soon as we saw it. The main rooms, Great Room, Kitchen, Dinning & 3 bedrooms are on the second level. Unlike many large homes on the outer banks, guests do not have to climb three flights of stair. Only the widow's watch & upper deck are on the 3rd level. The other 3 bedrooms, game room, hot tub and private swimming pool are all located on the ground floor.
