About this property

Cozy Orange Beach Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Welcome to Sandy Bottom, where we want to make vacationing affordable again. This is a comfortable beach-themed home located in a quiet neighborhood in the wonderful city of Orange Beach, Alabama. This clean, cozy home is located about 5 miles from the beach, and just a few minute’s walk to Bear Point Marina and OSO restaurant (0.8 miles). Pleasure Island Tiki bar is located at Sportsman Marina and are just about a mile and a half away.
This quiet home away from home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with plenty of room for your family to spread out, relax and entertain. The home has a beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware items to meet your needs while on your stay. The dining table seats four. The living room is neatly arranged for television viewing and family/friendly conversations. The couch will fold out for into a queen memory foam sleeper and other full sized sofa. There is also plenty of room in the living area to add an air mattress for additional guests.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Second bedroom also has a queen sized bed. All beds are dressed with comfortable white linens. We have 2 full bathroom with tub/shower combination. We have plush towel sets of 6 in the bathroom for your comfort. The place is also equipped with a washer, dryer and dishwasher to make living easier while you enjoy your stay.

The outside of the house it is equipped with a very large covered area that includes a quiet seating area, charcoal pit and a gas grill.
There is plenty of parking to accommodate 3 vehicles and still room to park your boat.

Provided are several beach chairs and beach towels for your use.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. If the house is ready prior to 3:00 p.m. we will contact you to get you in there.
Damage deposit is required and will be refunded through VBRO within 7 days provided post rental inspection passes.

Great spot right in bear point. Very clean. Updated bathrooms. Living room is huge with a pullout bed. Host was awesome to work with. Kitchen has everything you need. Stayed for a week with my two daughters and and will definitely stay again in the future!

The White House was very Nice
Patrick was a breeze to deal with and the house did not disappoint. The neighborhood was very quiet and a short drive to restaurants and beaches. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at this property multiples times and it never disappoints.
Great house that is reasonably priced and close to most everything! Would recommend to anyone :) Only recommendation to the home owner is to add a mirror of some sort in the bedroom connected to the bathroom. With only 1 bathroom in the house it is often occupied when everyone is getting ready. With the closet remodel, the mirror was omitted and definitely missed this trip!

Bear Point is the BEST!
Although I have visited Orange Beach many times, this was my first time using a VRBO. I was familiar with the Bear Point neighborhood and wanted to find a place there to stay with my friend and her 2 young kids. This was perfect! Plenty of room for all away from the more crowded areas in town. We loved being able to ride our bikes around the area after dinner. Easy drive to the beach. Since we were travelling with kids, having the washer and dryer were a big help. :) I asked the owner a few questions about the Wfi, etc. and he was always VERY quick to respond to my messages in the VRBO app. Very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend for any group who doesn't need anything fancy to have a great time!

We had a blast at the “White House” it was the perfect location for our small family. Close enough to the beach and all the fun but far enough away that we had quiet time when we most needed it. It was clean and had all we needed. We will definitely return to enjoy this property again!
