Due to the festive season and a lot of movement, we inform you that a deposit in the amount of 300 euros will be charged for reservations that include the NEW YEAR, paid up to 24 hours before check-in. It will be returned up to 3 working days after your check-out, if the property is delivered in the same condition as it entered, that is, stay without damages or disturbances.

• Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and ends at midnight — after that time, a fee corresponding to midnight will be charged

• Check-outs end at 11:00 am; after that time a half night will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged for a full night.

- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 500.00 may be charged.
