Note to the Cleaning Fee: The $175.00 Cleaning Fee is for a one time only cleaning in that the unit will be clean upon your arrival. Moreover, we do not provide daily room cleaning although we can provide interested parties with our housekeeper's contact information if they wish to arrange something with her on the side. The Cleaning Fee does provide for towels and linens which include freshly laundered beach, bath, and hand towels as well as wash clothes and bed sheets. A small starter kit of cleaning supplies is also provided which includes a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and make-up removing towelettes. It is the responsibility of the guests though to purchase more of these items if they wish them during their stay.

Upon check in there is a $75 fee plus tax due to Napili Shores Resort in order to receive your room key and parking permit. Please note that we do not assess this fee nor do we have control over it.

Great Place

Had a great stay, Randy is a fantastic host and very responsive. Napili is a favourite spot of ours and we will be back and hope to stay in the same place! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Perfect location and reasonable price

Great one bedroom with a perfect location in Napili. Great beach on one side and great snorkeling on the other. Owner was responsive and flexible. Grounds are beautiful and pools were lovely. Only downside was no view, but the complex provides a great view only 100 yards away. This really is the perfect condo for those on a budget, but still want a complex on the coastline.

Clean and comfortable!

This is a great unit at Napili Shores. The furniture and cabinetry feels new, and it is decorated really nice--without feeling cluttered at all. There is plenty of seating and places to put bags/suitcases. The bed is soft and so comfortable! I slept great! Loved the ceiling fan in the bathroom which kept the steam/humidity away! I have traveled to Napili Shores for 25 years and will definitely stay in this unit again!!

Great experience!!

This is a clean, well-maintained unit run by a responsive manager. The location was perfect for our four-person family, first floor within walking distance of the pool with the hot tub. The king bed and fold out couch bed were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked and organized. We plan to return in the future and would love to stay at this unit again!

Excellent location. While there is no view as it is near the pool, it is a good value for being so close to Napili Beach. Nicely decorated with new kitchen and bathroom. Randy was very responsive - the blender didn't work and the next morning, we had a new one.

Not great, keep looking…

This was my family’s first trip to Maui. We had high expectations for this condo since the previous reviews were favorable and it seemed to have what we were looking for. Unfortunately, it was just an ok experience, not great. Check in & communication were better than the condo itself. It was clean, however the necessary beach equipment (chairs & umbrella) were very old which did not allow for an enjoyable experience and was embarrassing to carry around. The chairs had torn & weathered fabric, rusted hinges, broken zippers & straps. The umbrella worked, but was pretty small and old. I misunderstood the unit description and thought it had a washer and dryer in the unit. It is a communal laundry room. Since you are only given 4 beach towels, you have to spend your vacation time in the laundry room. This is not ideal so we used gross dirty beach towels all week. More towels & hooks to use would have been nice. The AC worked well, however the living room unit was noisy from time to time during the night. The condo is near the community trash bins. It is convenient, but you can hear the trash trucks beeping early. A bus stop is also close by. Again, it’s convenient, but you can hear the bus stop noises early in the morning. I’m a light sleeper, maybe this wouldn’t bother most people. The beds were comfortable & big enough. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower water temperature was too low. It was more like taking a warm shower, but not hot.

Very clean condo

Condo was very clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything you could ever need, location was excellent, bed was very very comfortable, the only negatives were the noise level in bedroom is like being on the street, as the slat windows are as if your outside, bring a sound machine it worked wonders, closet was unusable due to a large rolled up carpet and vacuum, overall there was everything you could possibly need, grounds were beautifully kept, pools very clean, easy walk to beach, the Gazebo restaurant is excellent!!

Good location

The condo community was in a great location within Napili. However, the specific location of the unit was tough because the bedroom window faced directly out to the parking lot and it had paper thin windows, so you heard every footstep and car activity. So noise level was an unwanted issue. Also, there was no filtered drinking water (like a britta) so we had to rely on plastic water bottles from the grocery store which is such a waste. We had to ask for additional towels for our family as what was provided was insufficient, but they were delivered the same day. Communication with the property manager was good, and basic supplies (soap, etc) were provided. Back porch was very close to the pool which was convenient and the unit was close to the laundry on site as well as the beach.

Amazing stay at Napili Shores

Had a wonderful time! Unit was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Location is awesome with Nāpili bay just a short walk away and 2 pools on site. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Napili Shores is a small, friendly resort. A short walk puts you on Napili beach - which is fantastic for swimming, snorkelling etc. If you want to walk further, it's easy to connect to the Kapalua ocean trail. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We didn't need much AC, but it worked well when needed. Randy was fantastic - very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed the property and unit. We liked the fact it was a smaller complex, with an amazing beach next door, so we spent much of our time just hanging out. Appreciated the beach toys that were included, like the chairs and umbrella. A must is getting breakfast at the Gazebo, but be prepared to wait in line most mornings. We also walked the beach trail north of the property, along the coast ,and did over 5 miles. Certainly a no-frills, but still really nice place to stay and relax.

We have stayed at several different condos in Napili Shores throughout the years. This condo was by far the most comfortable, well appointed, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay there and hope to return soon!!

Beautiful, family friendly Napili condo

Napili Shores is a wonderful location for families. The condo is conveniently located by the upper heated pool and hot tub. The condo is well stocked with kitchenware as well as toiletries. There is also a large supply of snorkeling gear and boogie boards. We enjoyed the one-bedroom layout with the large sleeper sofa in the living room. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We hope to return soon!

Nice location… A couple of problems

Nice location… A couple of problems. Things that I’m not chatting about were fine, I think it’s best to just point out a couple of problems so they could be attended to. There was loud construction going on every day …..hammering, construction workers blocking swaths of parking spaces, and working after dark!. A shelf in the dishwasher as well as a drawer in the kitchen were broken, and kept getting stuck and had to be re-fixed. Supplies in the condo were very limited for a weeklong stay… No Kleenex, no extra towels for beach or shower, no detergent, no extra sheets or pillow cases. (we ended up purchasing detergent and running 2 loads). I did not want to hang my clothing and long dresses on top of a vacuum and broom in a closet, and one door of the closet doors does not open. Had to leave all clothes unhung. . One hot tub is very limiting for this entire property… There were children in the hot tub every evening we went to go in… May be a curfew for children, after dark hours may be for adults(?) Just a tip for this owner… May be a hook or somewhere to put dripping bathing suits so they can dry in the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang them. Upon check in, I was charged not the $75 but $88 to get my keycard, My sister, checking into an adjacent condo, had no charge. Some confusion at the desk. We are adamant recyclers, and the trash area had nowhere to put recycling, we were creating our own boxes and bins to keep these items out of the landfill. Hopefully some of these ideas are constructive, we did enjoy our vacation. The island was beautiful. Thank you!

Perfect quiet Hawaiian Condo

We love Napili Shores and have been renting there for 20 years. It’s a small complex, making it easy to get to pool and beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, including snorkel and beach gear. We have already booked for next year.

Great Spot for my kids.
