Big house on the sea

A splendid 160sqm house with a breathtaking view of the sea, located above the main beach of Porto Santo Stefano, it is only 200 meters from the central square and close to all the services offered by the town. It has a large terrace overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bright room with a splendid view, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with showers, all rooms are very spacious. The house is equipped with an internal and external table, a double sofa, two TVs, one of which is in the living room, a washing machine, a fridge, an oven and all the comforts you need for a great stay.

La posizione non basta ...

Appartamento in una posizione molto bella, purtroppo tenuto malissimo, impianto erettrici da incubo con addirittura scatole e fili penzolanti, lampadari senza lampadine, due televisori e niente antenna (ci è stato detto che si era rotta due gg prima) ma da come era messo l’intero impianto ne dubito fortemente, pulizia molto superficiale , contatto con il proprietario inesistente . Inoltre la proprietà si trova in una zona con ZTL e con soli parcheggi a disco orario con presenza di vigili molto agguerriti ( due multe in una settimana per ritardo di 30 minuti) Sono cose che andrebbero regolamentate con il Comune prima di dare una proprietà in affitto, chiedere anche qualche euro in più ai clienti per i permessi, ma non farli penare tra Uffici comunali e vigili urbani durante una sola settimana di ferie!!
