The Pearl is always exceptional. However, the balcony furniture is literally the most uncomfortable I’ve ever seen.

Okay place to stay on 8/27-9/1

Condo had bad musty smell which never got fixed, we purchased our own air plug ins to try and cover the smell. That was better than nothing. The air didnt go under 73 even though they said I could have it @ 70. Complained on arrival to # listed for complaints and got the run around for 2 days, messaging back and forth. Two days later property mgr came by, she was very nice, sympathetic & changed air filter, said # listed wasnt her and gave me her direct #. Seemed like it cooled better but was also because outside temp dropped. The main bedroom was the warmest room of condo. We even kept curtains closed constantly to keep temp down. The sliding door locks didnt work but had wooden piece to jam doors even though on 2nd floor didnt feel the safest. We didnt use the kitchen alot but seemed like oven took a year to preheat.

Fishy smell condo

This condo immediately smelled of rotten fish upon entering. Told property manager but not one thing was done to address it. We suffered with it all week. Maids should have been sent in to address but nothing was done!

Perfect beach vacation

Great 2nd floor condo. First thing we noticed was no need for long elevator rides but still had a great view. Very clean and stocked with all the essentials of home like ROKU, DVD players, 2 coffee options (keurig and pot), and anything to cook with I could possibly need. View, pools, and chair service were all awesome as well.I would recommend to anyone and everyone this unit.

Great week at the beach

The property was in great condition and as advertised. We had no issues while we were there and the only question I had was answered quickly. It was great having the included beach service and not having to take chairs and an umbrella down to the beach each day. Our kids loved the pools as well. The only con was the "seaweed" or Sargassum all over the beach and in the water. Not anyone's fault, but limited play in the ocean,

I believe in beginning with positive before the negative. This unit is very clean, well decorated, spacious, well equipped and a great second floor location. The negative: the check in process was a bit chaotic. We were never offered an early check in. However, would have been charged for it and would have gladly paid it. When we went to type in our code it was not registering at first. We had to reach out to the property management to reset the combination to the door. You cannot call only text. This place is very much a "resort" type atmosphere. A lot of people, crowded beach and the last night of our stay some teenager/young adults were blaring the most vile music we have ever heard. Lastly, check out. Never have I heard of any property have a check out of 9:00 am?? We have travelled all over the world, lived abroad and this was a first. We had to pay $60 for an extra 3 hours to check out at noon. That is just ridiculous. We enjoyed our time but will not stay at this "resort" again.

Wonderful Christmas!

Our stay was wonderful. It allowed us to visit family in Navarre without overwhelming them! It also allowed them to visit us and enjoy the beach. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked! The extra refrigerator also came in handy. Thank you for a great experience!

The toilet overflowed upon our first day and first flush. We had to turn the water off and clean it up with towels. We had to wait till the next day before the plumber came. The coffee maker was filthy and upon further inspection, we couldn't use it because the lid to the carafe was missing and therefore the water wouldn't have entered the pot. We had to go buy another coffee maker and we ended up leaving it there b/c we couldn't transport it home. I asked to leave 1 hour later b/c my husband had to get up the morning we were to leave to dial into work. I was denied a measly 1 hour. I really thought after the toilet and coffee situation they could have given us one more hour. We will not use this company again.

New Memories of return to Hometown

Property was all we could have ask for. Cozy, very clean, kitchen well stock with all cooking requirements. I would love to own a condo here as such. A few minor issues. Closet door in master broken, knob came off of bureau. Ice maker issue, water filter may need changing. Ice tasted bad, water froze to block in pan. Wonderful, fantastic, very enjoyable. except for being locked out of condo due to human error and miscommunication of Southern booking extended day 12/1.

Our stay was fantastic we had a few days of so so weather but everything was perfect we will definitely be back 🏖 our last day we had the impending of Tropical Storm Nestor so that really was a bummer and cut our last beach day out but all in all it was a fantastic vacation.

It was easy to reserve, easy to modify our reservation to include an extra day, easy to check in and generally wonderful all around. We would definitely come back to the Pearl and do so with Southern again.

Million dollar view

Perfect location for a nice relaxing vacation. This property has everything you think you need and then some. Having a second refrigerator and small beverage refrigerator was a huge bonus! Full size washer and dryer was great so we are going home and not having to do laundry is nice. Location is primo and Juan who provides the beach service was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!!

A Lovely Place!!

Loved our unit and the weather was better than expected. Of course there were a lot of children in the pool and hot tub due to spring break, but the pool was heated and clean. The hot tub was not working Tuesday through Thursday though, which was disappointing. the beds and furniture were comfortable. The only negative feature was the shower head in the master bath. It was an extremely small spray for such a lovely, large shower stall. The view was nice and we saw dolphins almost every morning. I loved being near the pier so we could walk on it and see the beach view. No one was catching any fish, however. I would definitely go back!!!
