Riad Zohar is a "family house" located in the prestigious Mouassine district of the medina, a few minutes walk from the Jemaa El Fna square.
Second home of a couple of Parisians since the beginning of the century, they privatize in their absence thus allowing a family or a group of friends to enjoy together all the facilities. Completely renovated early 2009.
Very easy access on foot or by car in the center of the medina.

The riad has 5 bedrooms, 2 with an extra bed to accommodate up to 12 people.

Upon your arrival at the riad, you will be seduced by the patio where grow lemon trees, orange trees and where the songs of birds replace the sound of the souks and the Jemaa el Fna square.

On the ground floor, common areas allow everyone to find the best place at any time of the day.
Overlooking the patio planted with citrus trees, a B'hou (Moroccan living room) located in a large and comfortable alcove, very pleasant to have breakfast, mint tea or rest after a walk in the souks .
The relaxation area consists of a small heated pool with jet stream and massage table where Fatima can offer several types of body care.
A charming Berber lounge facing B'hou is the place to enjoy an aperitif by the fireplace while waiting to sit in the adjoining room.
The dining room tatelakt and wood can accommodate up to 12 people where Habiba and Hayat will concoct wonderful Moroccan recipes. The owner usually receives his friends with a trio of Berber musicians who are installed in the lounge for unforgettable evenings.

Also on the ground floor is the 1st bedroom:
. The Green Room: including 1 double bed stays cool in summer, a lounge area and a bathroom tadelakt green with its toilet.

On the first floor, you will find a large air-conditioned living room style "30" with a beautiful fireplace in zelliges and tadelakt which serves another living room with digital TV, computer available (ADSL / WIFI) and library.

3 other rooms are located on this 1st floor:
The air-conditioned Pacha suite: (the master bedroom) Beautiful old zouaké cedar wood ceiling, a double canopy bed with curtains, a bathroom in tadelakt chocolate color with two sinks, bath, shower and toilet. A large varnished wooden dressing room to leave closets to visitors. The sitting area with a bench (150 x 80) can accommodate a child.
The air-conditioned Blue Room: 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed with a sitting area and bathroom in tadelakt very traditional almond green color with its WC.
The air-conditioned Yellow Suite has a four-poster double bed and silk curtains that make it nicknamed "One Thousand and One Nights". This room can accommodate a child on the daybed (150 x 80). It includes a pale yellow tadelakt bathroom equipped with WC.

Finally, at the mid-floor, between the first floor and the terrace, is the 5th and last room:
The small air-conditioned Berber suite: very "beldi" with double bed and its bathroom with 2 basins and WC offers a private terrace. With its typical Berber ceiling (H: 1. 80), it will seduce you with its undeniable charm.

The large terrace on several levels has many dining areas (depending on the time or season), a large living room and a solarium with deckchairs.
The covered lounge under pergola has a panoramic view that allows you to enjoy the snowy Atlas in winter or Koutoubia illuminated at night.

In winter, the riad is covered by a transparent roof protecting from cold and rain.
