Beautiful Villa in Northern Cyprus
With a magnificent view over the Mediterranean and the Five-Finger Mountain, this villa is located in the village of Esentepe, a few hundred meters up in the mountains. The house also provides a great view at night with the lights of the nearby villages and the town of Kyrenia.
This together with spacious areas around the pool for sun and relaxation and an excellent garden of almost 4000m2, offers a living experience out of the ordinary. The villa, built in 2008, is constructed entirely of stone of very high quality and has won the Northern Cyprus' most beautiful villa award at the annual property exhibition, 2010. Total area of over 500m2 divided into four suites with balcony/terrace, bathroom, bedroom and dressing room. Furthermore, common areas including hall, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, dressing room, guest toilet and under-roof outdoor space.
