Come enjoy a piece of our paradise! This Shabby chic/beach house has a fun updated style. Kitchen is new, house is open concept and Im always updating and changing things around.

We are one block from the beach and its a 2 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance, pier and splash park are a quick walk non beach.

You can catch the trolley and sunshine bus to downtown Saint Augustine or park at downtown parking garage.. Grocery stores are near by Publix/Winn Dixie, as is volleyball, miniature golf, and some of the best restaurants known for fresh seafood. Shopping on beach ,downtown(historical district) and outlet malls. Fishing, surfing, paddle boarding ,kayaking, jet skiing near area.

We are in the "GOLDEN MILE" close to everything.

Animals welcome(2)medium size only, we ask that you don't leave dogs alone all day that bark!

Neighbors are very important to us. We also have a garage with beach stuff and a couple bikes. THE Wednesday market at Pier, and Saturday market at Amphitheater, and we are walking distance to restaurants, bars,coffee spots, ice cream

Easy access to everything we wanted

Great property, close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and just a few miles to historic st. Augustine. Great home away from home for our family. Host was super to communicate with offering tips and suggestions for things to do. NYE fireworks on St Augustine beach were amazing. Excellent stay.

Wonderful Stay

Very responsive host to a few of our questions, amazing location with beach access about 3 minutes away. Only about 10 minutes to historic St Augustine. Very clean property with everything you need for a great stay!

Nice yellow house.

House was in a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Had a nice space where we could all separate if needed. Lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Yellow Cottage!

Perfect location from the beach, our family, and our favorite local coffee spot Kookaburra. The back yard with the high fence was perfect for letting our dog off leash. The interior space was perfect for my husband and I to do some mixed time off and working remote, having space in the garage to store our bikes and a great kitchen or work in. We loved our stay and look forward to the next time we can come!

Little Yellow Cottage!

Great, great location. Across the street from the beach and right in the middle of the strip with restaurants, bars, t-shirts and ice cream within walking distance! Historic St. Augustine was 10 minutes away. Kitchen had everything, beds were comfy and house was clean. Will stay again! John

Cottage getaway

Very nice property, very clean, Pam leaves everything you can need on property. Beautifully decorated, very quiet neighborhood. Supper close to beach. Most of all very dog friendly town, even beach aloes your dog on a leash. Very satisfied

Awesome Cottage

This was a great place for us five adults. Cute cottage with a front patio and backyard. Comfortable beds and furniture 1 block walk to a great beach. Restaurants and some shopping very close also. Communication with Host was easy and so was getting access to the cottage. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, great cottage

We absolutely loved staying in the yellow cottage! It’s the perfect location in St. Augustine Beach and only a few minutes walk to the dog-friendly beach. Everything is a short distance away, including historic downtown and Vilano Beach. The cottage was clean and spacious and had essentials there when we arrived. Pam was a very accommodating host and made sure we had what we needed. This was our third year in a row vacationing at SAB and can’t wait to come back again.

St. Augustine Family Wedding

BAR NONE, the ABSOLUTE BEST experience of any VRBO I've ever stayed! Pam was VERY quick to answer any questions, offer info, deal with any issues we had. She was very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again. My daughter and I can't wait to come back for a longer time to enjoy more of the beach and sites. I have to travel with my two dogs and I REALLY appreciated the fenced yard. It had plenty of room for my "can't decide on my potty spot" pups. My pups are family and are anxious travelers. They, too, were comfortable with the home and yard. We felt safe there and I would even be comfortable staying there by myself. THANKS for the positive experience. It hasn't always been that way with other VRBOs I've used.

Fantastic getaway

We had a great week at the yellow cottage. It was perfect for walking to the beach, dinner, coffee, and morning doughnuts! Pam was an excellent host and we look forward to staying again when we vacation in St Augustine!

Clean and Super Location

This house was super clean and decorated so nice! The location was an easy walk to the beach. The house had everything you needed! Plenty of beach and bath towels! Garage was full of bikes, beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas! We brought our dog and she loved the fenced in yard. There are many restaurants near by! Host was super nice and helpful! We will return!

Nice Location

Thank you Pam for your amazing hospitality! Upon arrival, the house was clean, smelled wonderful, and fully stocked with necessities! We felt right at home. The house was a short walking distance from the beach and a quick drive to the historic part of the city. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Family vacation

This was my family’s 3rd year vacationing in St. Augustine. The house was extremely clean and had more than enough amenities. Pam was a wonderful host and during the week contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. Before we even left, both my daughters asked if we could stay at this house for 2 weeks!!

Ideal beach cottage

cute beach cottage.All the warm pastel paint colors and decors reminds me of a story book cottage. Beach just across the street so you can just walk there with a cart carrying umbrellas and chairs. All of it supplied by the host. There is a outside shower or faucet to wash out all the sand so none of it will get inside the house. We never rode the bicycles that was in the garage though I am sure it would be fun to ride them, even in my geriatic age. I would definitely recommend this place. You may want to bring an extra toilet paper or kitchen towel in case if you ran out. Sincerely, John

Excellent location. Great cottage.

We loved this cute house, which had lots of room for my family of five to spread out and enjoy. Convenient to cute spots to eat and right by the beach for perfect walks. Downtown was only 15-20 minutes away and it was very easy to navigate. Love this beach town and Pam was very nice and easy to communicate with. we will definitely be back! I appreciated the plethora of towels and supplies in general.

I've been in St. Augustine 42 years now. I left Michigan on my graduation night and never looked back! I got that sand in between my toes and ended up settling here. I would love to share with you our beautiful paradise.

Why they chose this property

Before buying this property I owned another one in the area, but it was too far away from the ocean for me. I love the interaction of the people walking by, and it's such a great neighborhood! Everyone is so friendly on the street, and you would be welcomed, and you'll probably end up having some great happy hours while making new friends.

What makes this property unique

This house is right in the "golden mile" beach area. We have a bike path, side walks, restaurants , markets, music venues, etc. The down fall is the darn smell of all the good food being cooked from the local restaurants. The quietness in the neighborhood at night is a plus. Very friendly area.
