Newly remodeled, spacious and just-like-home comfortable, Sans Souci Unit 408 is your vacation destination.

The property was recently purchased and the new owners have been busy from day one renovating, updating and improving the entire unit. Fresh paint in all rooms, all new furniture, mattresses and linens, as well as many thoughtful “extras” to insure a
comfortable, cozy, home-away-from-home experience. Book your reservations now as we’re sure to fill up fast once folks get a look at the finished product!

Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, open floor plan with accommodations to sleep 7 guests.
There’s an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and guest bedroom, and our unit boasts a Gulf front balcony, the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, or an afternoon nap.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a full bath with tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, a double door refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, and all the cookware, utensils and dinnerware needed to make feeding your crew all their favorites!

The living room has a 55-inch flat screen TV with WIFI, DVR, and cable, as well as a full-sized sleeper sofa. The sliding glass doors offer the ever-changing view of the Gulf and opens to the balcony.

Sans Souci is a gated community located on the west end of the Island, directly across from Peg Leg Pete’s, a locals’ favorite seafood restaurant. Next door to Peg Legs is a convenience store. There are sidewalks for walking, jogging and biking and in peak season a free trolley service with a stop at the complex. Sans Souci is a small complex allowing for uncrowded beachfront and amenities like the huge pool and hot tub. The complex also offers a BBQ grill, covered parking, elevators, car washing station and an elevated boardwalk to the beach.

We are ready to welcome you and yours to join our beach family and share the gorgeous views, world famous sugar-sand beach, comfortable beds, furniture and the clean well equipped kitchen. Family Beach Vacation

Our stay was amazing! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. It felt very beachy without feeling like it was overdone. The furniture was beautiful and very sturdy so I didn’t have to worry about my little ones. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens were very soft. There was lots of comfortable seating and again good quality chairs. I didn’t find the couch to be comfortable but if you wanted something more firm then it would be great for them. The view was beautiful! You’re not too high or too low. And the beach is right there! And it’s super easy to get to the beach. the location was awesome for food or quick groceries. The property manager was very kind and helpful. And has gone above and beyond what we might need. There were swim diapers for our baby. There was plenty of linens. There were even extra lady items in case you needed them. I was super impressed. And we will definitely be back to stay there again

Our new favorite place!

We have been coming to PCB for the past 8 years and this has been BY FAR our favorite condo to stay in. It had everything we needed and more! We never had to wait on the elevator and it being within walking distance to peg legs was amazing. We cant wait to come back next year!

Amazing vacation! Will definitely rebook!

The condo was very clean. The hosts left a goodie basket of snacks and keureg cups. They had beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels. The beach was so close and we had a perfect view from the balcony. I also love that you can walk to Peg Leg Pete’s. Will definitely stay here again!

Not the property owners fault but

Horrible experience. Eating dinner the family and i decide to travel to Pensacola Beach to celebrate moms birthday. I surf a few places find one book it no problem. 1350 bucks pulled straight out of my checking account. We go home pack up the kids pack up ourselves and hit the road. We know it’s going to take roughly 14 hours to get there and we don’t want to waste a second. Approximately 1am I receive an email saying that the property was rented on accident and isn’t available it was listed automatically. No big deal ok VRBO give me back my money so i can reserve something else. Right? No. They said the owner has to do a refund and they were unavailable at the moment. Long story short we got stranded. Both kids. A real nightmare. Not to mention it took 48 hours to get my money back. I begged i pleaded just simply give me a credit if you can can’t do the refund we have no where to sleep! But no. Had to wait for the owner. I couldn’t believe it. But it needs to be heard! It was an absolute nightmare!!!

Perfect Place

We had a blast this week in Pensacola. The condo was amazing and was like home. Met the housekeeper and she is so nice and does a great job. Peg Leg Pete’s across the street has amazing food. We will be back.

Wow! Super impressive!

We had the best vacation ever. We were very impressed from start to finish and didn’t want to leave. The Condo was beautifully decorated and made us feel like we were home. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. They put a lot of love and attention into details. We felt spoiled with a cute gift basket of goodies on arrival . Love the location. The Host was very precious and answered any questions promptly. We found our spot and will be returning year after year.

Doesn’t get much better!

The beach and the water were pristine. It was hot but who can complain with the water only steps away. I can’t think of one thing the condo needed. It was perfect for us! The shopping carts and transfer carts were great! Found in the parking level and they fit right on the elevator for just ONE trip. My request would be for the homeowners association. A few pool umbrellas would have been great….but stay on the beach where there is always a breeze!

Content!

The host was easy to communicate with and was super helpful! The property was beautiful and well-equipped, and the host provided a welcome basket full of thoughtful goodies. It doesn't have direct beach access (straight from the room), but it is a short drip down the elevator and through the garage. The only main complaint was the balcony door being incredibly heavy and hard to open, however, after contacting the host, it was clarified to be a hurricane door, so that is understandable. We enjoyed our stay!
