Hamp @ Orange Beach.

Overall a nice condo. Adequately furnished. Needs some baseboard paint touchup. Main BR toilet had to be leveled, maintenance was called and a bolt was broken in the process. Plumber came and got the job done. Checkout was a breeze. Would stay here again.

Value, ease, and comfort

We loved our time at this property! The condo had conveniences (like lots of carts to bring bags and groceries up) and was well maintained (constant floor cleaning on ground level). Our condo was always comfortable despite extreme heat and humidity (I’m guessing due to an air dehumidifier that never stopped!). The beach was close and clean, the pools are massive, and the area is close to anything you need for a beach vacation. This was a perfect space for our three adults and three kids!

Great condo - just needs a few updates/TLC and a deep cleaning

Condo was great with a great view. Very spacious. Condo needs a few minor repairs and new carpet in master bedroom as well as a deep cleaning. Phoenix 6 location and amenities were wonderful. Would stay in this condo again if a few repairs were done and it was more thoroughly cleaned before check in.

There's better

We nearly stay in beach condo 3-4 times a year. This by far has been the worst in the last 10. Outdated, old and dirty. Not worth the rate they are charging. There better options

Fall break

The condo was dirty. The walls were dirty. The bedding was dirty. We called and were told they take pictures and double check. Someone would call us back but no one did. I wish I could download my own pictures. The kitchen was amazing. The property and location was great.

Great stay

Needs a good spring cleaning. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. My mom said she felt like she was gonna fall out of bed. I noticed this in another review. The living room bed is broke and my kids wouldn’t sleep on it the mattress was springy. We had left the sheets on it but was afraid to open back up to remove sheet. Overall great location and good for a Short stay

Perfect Birthday Weekend

We decided to book a condo last minute for my birthday weekend. This condo was perfect and perfectly located to restaurants and shops. We stayed with another couple that are our best friends, and we all enjoyed the pool and beach. Highly recommend. Check in was super easy, literally just had to put the code that was emailed to me into the door code. The only thing I can think of is one of the plates were dirty in the cabinet. Everything else was perfect. Thank you so much! :)

Terrible accommodations -filthy

Condo was dirty at check in. Black mold in bathrooms and black slime in the sink faucet. My son pulled back the covers of his bed to find a live bug. There was a pile of sand on one of the couches when we arrived and the dishwasher made the dishes even dirtier. We had to clean the trap out ourselves. This condo was absolute filth and was disgusting. We will never stay here again or recommend it to others.

Great view

Property has a great view of the bay and the beach. Sunrise every morning at 6:15. Nice beautiful beach to run on daily at 5:30. We had a beautiful stay. The furniture is outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable and felt springy. In the master bedroom most of the outlets did not work at all. We had to unplug the lamps to plug in phones and other items to charge and therefore could not use lamps. The couch bed was hard to put back in because it is broken and must be maneuvered just so to put Away. The couch bed is also springy and uncomfortable. There was a bag of Unopened pistachios Behind a dresser in the room with the twin beds when we got there. We had an amazing stay, despite the outdated furniture. The complex is wonderful and beach access on point, even with covid limitations.

Beautiful view. Condo needs some upgrades.

View was gorgeous and trip was great. But we had several issues with the condo. Stains on the sheets and bed spread in the guest bedroom with the twin beds. (Blanket in master bedroom as well didn’t appear clean) Mold on shower curtain in master bedroom. Pans to cook in, specifically the large frying pans were worn and warped causing uneven cooking. Towels in bathrooms could use an upgrade. They were thin and very small almost like they were children’s sizes. I am not trying to bash the condo. But these things need to be addressed and I don’t think they are abnormal expectations. The condo itself has so much potential and such a gorgeous view. Property itself is so nice. Just needs some attention to the cleaning and some items replaced.

Made for a Happy New Year

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and the condo was clean and was just as described. The pools were great, we were able to take advantage of the outdoor pool during the unusually warm weather. The indoor pool was great as well and we definitely got use out of the hot tubs. The beach access was convenient.
