Not good

The company mucked up the booking and therefore we could not have this apartment, instead were given a far inferior basement flat which was dark and depressing. The management company argue that it was of even quality if not better than the one advertised, I wish I could post photos to show how unlike the one advertised it was. Also in their welcome folder they state that the flat is in a beautiful area of Sheffield, it isn't. It is in a very dirty area of Sheffield where the streets are strewn with rubbish. A very upsetting experience.
