Tenuta di Macericca - Agriturismo

PROPERTY FOR EXCLUSIVE USE - Tenuta di Macericca is the result of the renovation of an early 20th century farmhouse, of which it has retained its original features and combined them with modern comforts. The farmhouse is located among the beautiful Chianti hills in a property of about 10 hectares, divided between olive groves, vineyards (next plant) and woods.
Tenuta di Macericca is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to a large and bright living room with sofas and TV and to the dining room, which leads through a glass door to a terrace overlooking vineyards. Adjacent to the dining room there is a large kitchen with a central island; from this room you can directly access the rear terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the pool and the surrounding hills. The ground floor is completed with living room with fireplace and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, with 5 bedrooms all equipped with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, which are divided as follows: two double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, one double with divisible beds (with the possibility of being joined) with bathroom with Jacuzzi, a double bedroom with bathroom with hydromassage shower (with turkish bath and chromotherapy function) and a double bedroom with bathtub
The laundry room, for the exclusive use of guests, is located outside the house.

EXTERNAL

Outside the house there are two large paved terraces, on which there are tables, chairs, umbrellas, sofas and a long table for outdoor dining.
The parking lot is a few steps from the house.

POOL

About 20 meters from the property is the swimming pool, which is accessed via a tiled path and gate. It is completely fenced. The rectangular tank measures 7x14 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.95 meters to 2.30 meters; access to the water is via metal ladder. The pool has internal and external lighting. On the solarium area, consisting of wooden flooring, there are umbrellas, tables, sunbeds and a shower with cold water.
