Beautiful, modern, well maintained 3BR 2.5BA home in the heart of Old Port Royal. Sleeps 6-8 in 3 comfortable bedrooms. King, queen, and two double beds. Relax on the large first and second-floor porches, enjoy family dinners in the large kitchen and dining areas, and kick back with games and movies in the large living room. Features include all kitchen appliances and accessories, laundry, TV and WIFI, charcoal grill and plenty of extras.

Walking distance to Battery Creek, Sands Beach and Boardwalk, great restaurants and nature trails. 6 minutes to Parris Island, 10 minutes to walking and biking on the Spanish Moss Trail, 10 minutes to historic Beaufort, 20 minutes to beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park, 40 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah.

Parris Island Graduation

The spot was exactly what we needed as we celebrated our grandson's Marine graduation at Parris Island! It was about 10 minutes from Parris Island, so we were able to get there with no problem for those early mornings during the graduation week. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed to accommodate our group of six family members. The two beds in one room were what sealed the deal for us to choose this property as we had one child with us.

We were in town for my sons graduation at Parris Island. It had everything we could have needed and it was very cozy an roomy to enjoy family time. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Great Visit

We were in town for our son's USMC graduation and this was the PERFECT location! The house was exactly what we needed - I was easily able to cook a meal for family day and we had everything else we needed to make a pleasant stay. It is close enough to Parris Island that it's just a 5-10 minute trip back, so my husband was able to drop off our Marine's bags and bring back some of his requested items during family day. The neighborhood is adorable and I would love the opportunity to visit when we are less scheduled to enjoy the town.

Great location & lovely home

We had a lovely visit to Port Royal! This home is in a great location and walking distance to everything in Port Royal. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need! Felt like staying in someone’s home.

Great house, Convenient location!

Our family(including 4 adult children) very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was exactly as described and so convenient to everything in PortRoyal. We were in town for the Beaufort Air Show and it was a nice surprise to find out there was an After Party right down the street where we were able to meet the pilots!

It was perfect!

Clean, well-equipped, great location and loved the porches! Crab festival was the only disappointment as they started running out of Crab less than an hour in. Otherwise, great trip, nice restaurants and perfect location!

Port Royal

The house was very nice with nice decor and comfortable furnishings. We loved the upper and lower porches. Lots to do within walking distance or for a short drive. I would love to come back and stay again!!

perfect house, location

This house is well equipped and in a great location. It provides the comfort of home and still delivers the excitement of vacation. The upstairs balcony porch is awesome. Port Royal seems to just keep getting better and better with new restaurants and activities. I temporarily lost the house keys (found them when the tide washed out!) and the property managers were very, very helpful. We fully recommend this house to anyone looking for a great trip away.

Cozy Home Away from Home for Marine's Graduation

We were pleased to find this wonderful property for our trip to attend our Son's Marines Family Day and Graduation. The property was perfect for our family and lived up to the reviews. Amenities available were so well-thought out. We only needed to bring ourselves, luggage and shop for groceries. Thank you! We will definitely plan on visiting again.

Beautiful home, had everything we needed. Loved the porch views and walking in the neighborhood.

We booked last minute for our son's USMC graduation. Base was very short trip, and we could see his barracks from the watch tower by the boardwalk where we spent a few evenings at the beer garden. Met many locals and really enjoyed everything about our trip, especially getting to see our Marine!

Great stay

We were in South Carolina for a USMC graduation. It was 4 minutes away from Parris island and the location was perfect! All shops and restaurants were about 10 minutes away! The home was clean, fully stocked and very nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable! Lots of room in driveway and overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

Perfect Get Away in Port Royal

My family traveled to Port Royal for my grandson's Marine Boot Camp Graduation from Parris Island, SC. in July, 2024. I was a bit skeptical of using a VRBO because I have never used this type of lodging. We were all just delighted with the house, the location (minutes away from the base and that was very convenient on those early morning arrivals), the neighborhood and the quaint little town of Port Royal, and I could go one and on. The house was impeccably clean and decorated with coastal decor. We loved it and if we go to Port Royal again, we will definitely opt to rent at 1016 10th Street. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Fantastic!

This house is wonderful! It was the first time we've ever used VRBO, and we will definitely be doing it again. Our son will be entering the Marines this summer, so we were scoping out a place for family to stay for graduation. This house is perfect! We will definitely be renting again! Book it! You will not be disappointed. The location is fantastic. So beautiful, quiet, calm and relaxing. Very safe. Perfect for families!

The location was ideal for our visit. However, the house had a water bug infestation.

We liked the location but the bug problem was disappointing. We contacted the rental company and informed them of the problem and they said the company owner was out of town and would contact us upon their return. Three weeks later and no contact. Very nice house and well equipped. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Gem-all the amenities

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house while here for our son’s graduation at MRCD Parris Island. We’ve stayed at plenty VRBO’s. The photos do not do the home justice. Plenty of everything in this house. Fully stocked kitchen from dishes to spices, comfortable beds with plenty of room to stretch. Great internet connection, wonderful games, and lovely porches we enjoyed continuously! We were here during a full moon, and the view from upstairs porch has an early morning reflection onto the waters as if it was pulled from a Pat Conroy book. Neat, clean, perfect! I told my husband we should invest in this place once we retire. That’s a big compliment coming from us. Thanks again.

Extremely pleased with home and location

My family and I stayed there for the weekend for marine graduation. Its location was very convenient and within minutes of Parris Island. The place was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well furnished. It felt like home! The agency was very polite and easy to contact. Very pleased with our stay, I rate this a 10/10!!

Wonderful

This property was exactlywhat the description says. My family went down for my son's graduation from bootcamp. It was 5 mins away to the island. Walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants Fishcamp. We have 5 sons, 3 of which became a US Marine and this was the best house and location out of the 3 times there. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 💛
