The Space:
Please note that there is some construction work being carried out on an adjacent property, we have stayed at the property ourselves during this time and it hasn't caused any impact to us, all work is carried out during business hours and noise kept to an absolute minimum, but wanted to be transparent and honest.
Helm View offers an open plan living, kitchen dining area to the first floor of the property with a double bedroom and ensuite located on the lower floor, outside there is a large terrace area with bi-fold doors and seating in order to soak up the stunning views of the fells.
The property also features SKY TV with SKY Cinema in the Lounge and benefits from one allocated parking space adjacent to the property
Guest Access:
Guest's are able to use the whole property throughout their stay and the large terrace area, with far reaching fell views.

Helm view is located in a popular and quiet area of Ambleside with far reaching views of the central fells yet less than a 5 minute walk from the bustling lakeland town of Ambleside and all local amenities including shops, bars and restaurants. Ambleside is considered to be the hub of the Lake District, which can all be explored directly from the door including England's largest lake - Lake Windermere.

Public Transport is available from Kelsick Road, Ambleside
Helm View has one private parking space above the properties terrace.

We will be available 24/7 should you require anything during your stay
