Great property for large family/friend gatherings

This home is beautiful both inside and out. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen and adjoining eating area is fantastic for a large group to congregate to eat or play games. The outside is an oasis with plenty of seating groups around the fire pit, outdoor TV covered area, back deck and around the pool. Just amazing!

Family Fun

Great place for family gathering. Newly remodeled. Pool was great, it was a hit with the kids! My only concern was the busy road it was located on with small children.

Family getaway

The house was amazing! Very clean and well stocked with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and outdoor area was great, lots of pool toys and games for the kids. The house was very close to town and beach. We would definitely rent again.

Excellent family home

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Our children (5 & 3) especially loved it. The biggest selling feature for us was the pool which didn't disappoint. Big and warm and well maintained. Town was close for groceries and treats. A really excellent property and choice.

Relaxing, spacious, barely needed to leave!

This place was awesome — a few friends got together and we had a blast! None of us wanted to leave to go do activities outside of hanging at the house because it was so perfect for our needs. The beds were unbelievably comfortable as well!

Great House for long weekend.

The house has everything you need for a great stay. Pool, pool floats, hot tub, grill, cooking utensils, etc. It’s also a short drive to downtown New Buffalo.

Perfect home for a family holiday!

Exceeded my expectations! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and updated. The kitchen (and the home) were stocked with everything you could possibly need. The indoor and outdoor dining tables were big enough to accommodate our family for meals and games. The yard was private with lots of space and felt like a resort. Goda was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Family gathering multi generations

We celebrated 60,50,30,and 21st birthdays for 2024. Perfect setting and room for all of us. What a great house for 13-16 people!!! Everyone enjoyed themselves!!!

Definitely not newly remodeled and not clean

Picked this place above others that cost much less because we wanted to splurge a little due to a vacation being cancelled. Walked in to find flies everywhere so spent time killing them and cleaning the kitchen. Went out to use the pool and found it also full of bugs and hair, same with hot tub. Spent time cleaning those… Stains on all outdoor cushions, crickets and spiders all over in the basement, ice maker broken (owner told me to go buy bags of ice), ping pong table broken. And owner showed up on the property one morning without any notice to us. Probably used to be nice but has a lot of wear and tear now and definitely wasn’t cleaned well before we arrived. Owner is also non-responsive to my request for a partial refund due to the bad experience. Definitely don’t expect to have ti clean for a few hours before you can sit and relax when you are paying a thousand a night.

House and Pool nice for groups

We were a group of 10; 6 adults and 4 preschool children. The pool area makes the house! Home was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice laundry area. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen for meal prep. A few inconveniences such as ice maker not working and light bulbs needing replacement. Would recommend for groups

Family Summer Fun

The House and the property are ideal to have fun with children and grand children. There is an in ground pool and hot tub; spacious lot for corn hole; volley ball; badminton; a covered outdoor area near pool with TV where you can pipe in music. The inside of the house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is about 7 minutes to the beach. Owners are responsive to all questions or concerns. Great property.

Great Extended Family Vacation Spot

My extended family had a wonderful time at the house. Accommodations were great. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Large kitchen to cook in for our group of 18. Kids all enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the large fire pit in the evening. We also spent a day at Warren Dunes which is located nearby. Host was responsive and very accommodating. Would stay again if we return to the area.

Definitely not disappointed

This house was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! There were 16 of us and the house provided plenty of space for everyone. We had one day of unlucky weather, but the pool was heated, the hot tub was warm, and there’s a nice outdoor covered space so we could still spend time outside. We had some troubles with the seal on the fridge when we arrived, but we’re able to send the hosts a message and get a quick response for troubleshooting! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

We loved our stay!

We were 5 couples/families and everything was great -- the communication with the owners both before and during our stay, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the space in general. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub, especially the 4 kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Girls Trip/Bach Weekend

This house was BEAUTIFUL! We had 13 girls and it fit us all perfectly. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. A bunch of the girls asked for the listing afterwards because they wanted to come back themselves. I would 100% stay here again! 10/10 review!!
