Zoals boven aangegeven was het verblijf op zichzelf prima. Prachtig uitzicht, waarvoor je wel een prijs betaalt. De hoge ligging van het verblijf en de daarmee gepaard gaande stijle smalle wegen zorgen ervoor dat je altijd van je auto gebruik moet maken om naar Peniscola te gaan. 2zits banken, tv en internet mogen weleens vernieuwd worden.

Zeer nette en aangename locatie, en wat een aangename geur in huis ! Top ! Zeer vriendelijke host, en attentvolle eigenaar ! Een echte aanrader… wij verbleven er 3 weken van eind februari tot 16 maart. We komen terug !

Ble lurt av annonsen, dårlig kommunikasjon med eier.

Etter mye tull med flyet og kansellering osv var vi utrolig glad for at eier kunne møte oss da vi ankom leiligheten. Men der stopper vel også mye av gleden ved selve leiligheten. Ja det var fin utsikt og kort vei ned til sjøen, men det var en misvisende annonse på Homeaway. Det skulle være sentral aircondition, det var det ikke. Bare kjøling i samme etasje som kjøkken og stue. I toppetasjen var det null kjøling. Det gikk ett pr dager før eier hostet opp 2 enkle vifter. De hjalp dårlig. Vi var også lovet å få låne hånddukker, de fikk vi andre dagen etter å ha etterlyst de. Solsengene som skulle være i hagen, så vi aldri noe til. Selv om vi også etterlyste disse mange ganger. Midt i siste uke i leiligheten ble det endelig montert aircondition oppe etter flere dager med brutte løfter om montering tidligere. Dager der vi holdt oss nærme for å være tilstede. Noe som gjorde at vi ikke fikk dratt på lengre turer. Da hadde vi hatt 2 uker uten mye søvn i tillegg pga varmen. Mye utstyr vi savnet på kjøkkenet. Veldig harde senger. Dårlig vasket rundt badekar og dusj. Utsikten er super fra stue/ hage og fra ene soverom. Eier snakker fransk og hadde en hjelper(vaktmester) som tolk. Han var ikke den beste tolken og var mannen som skulle fixse ting og tang. Veldig upålitelig mann.

parfait en tous points !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Péniscola. La villa est conforme à l'annonce. Très fonctionnelle pour une famille de 6, le jardin et la terrasse sont très appréciables avec une vue splendide. Le quartier est à l'écart du centre ville, un plus pour son calme et sa tranquillité. Le garage est un vrai atout, et accessible même avec une grande voiture ( grand C4 Picasso 7 places). Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et joignables facilement. Nous les remercions d'ailleurs pour les bons plans restos ;) De plus, la personne sur place est très sympathique et toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Merci encore à eux ! Péniscola est une superbe ville à découvrir ! La famille Tharreau

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Peniscola

Zuerst ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter. Der Kontakt kann nur mit "Ausgezeichnet" bewertet werden. Das kleine Reihenhaus befindet sich auf dem höchsten Punkt von Peniscola und ist umgeben von schönen Ferienanlagen und einzeln stehenden Häusern. Besonders gut hat uns der Blick auf Peniscola gefallen. Im Haus selbst war alles vorhanden, was "Mann" oder "Frau" für einen angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Sehr gut fanden wir auch, dass viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen waren. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vertrauensperson vor Ort war außerordentlich gut. Kleiner Nachteil, Herr Yvan, spricht leider kein Englisch. Die Verständigung erfolgt also nur in der spanischen oder französischen Sprache. Empfehlenswert auch, dass eine eigene Garage vorhanden ist. Allerdings war die Einfahrt in die Garage mit unserem Fahrzeug, etwas mehr als 5 Meter Länge, nicht so ganz einfach. In der Garage selbst ist aber ausreichend Platz - auch für große Fahrzeuge. Wir haben uns in den drei Wochen sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Von uns bekommen Sie deshalb für Ihr Ferienhaus 5 Sterne. Mit den besten Grüßen von Familie Hofmann, Bayreuth, Deutschland

Prima onderhouden woning, volledig ingericht, kleine tuin, uitzicht op zee.

We hebben drie fantastische weken gehad. De woning is zeer comfortabel, is volledig ingericht en heeft een prima uitgeruste keuken. WiFi werkt uitstekend. De tuin is klein, maar absoluut een pluspunt. Evenals het uitzicht op zee. De garage is vanuit de woning bereikbaar. Een rotsachtig wandelgebied is een paar passen van de woning verwijerd.Peñiscola is een gezellig vakantiedorp met diverse bars, restaurants en twee supermarkts. Een kasteel met de oude dorpskern ligt op een schiereiland bij de gezellige vissershaven. Ook Benicarló en Vinarôs zijn een bezoek waard.

4 Wochen, die im Flug vergingen

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Ausschreibung, das waren die besten Voraussetzungen um sich wohl zu fühlen: und Peniscola ist immer wieder eine Reise wert. séjour déc. /janv. 16/17 GÉNIAL !

Tout est super. Déjà lors de la réservation, le contact avec le propriétaire a été très agréable. Très gentil et disponible. Arrivés sur place, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le responsable sur place. Tout aussi gentil et disponible que le propriétaire. Nous avons découvert la villa. Très très très propre et super bien entretenue. Il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin et même plus (presse agrumes, mixer, machine à café, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge... en plus de toute la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisines. La villa est idéalement située, en haut de la coline qui se trouve face au château. Dans un quartier résidentiel. La vue est magnifique! A qqs centaines de mètres de la plage. Nous avons adorété notre séjour! Tout était parfait! PS: nous avions une assez grosse voiture ... il faut un peu manoeuvrer pour entrer dans le garage souterrain privé dans mais au bout de qqs jours on s'y fait !

Quiet relaxation

Well equipped and looked after and the owners local agent was very helpful even though he only spoke french (and possibly spanish) but I was able to dredge up my o-level french from over 40 years ago and we managed pretty well. The location was very quiet with hardly anyone about throughout the 4 weeks, although the area generally was beginning to get busy by the last week of June. Peniscola is an excellent location for a beach-centred holiday and has all the facilities that a family might want. Vinaros, just up the coast is very attractive and has a lovely promenade. Unlike the UK, big supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but the mini-markets can provide plenty of supplies to keep you going. We were able to hire a wheelchair for my wife from a pharmacy in Benicarlo, but her restricted mobility did limit the sightseeing possibilities as castles and cobbled hill towns are hard going for a wheelchair. On the other hand, the promenade at Peniscola is about 5k long and perfectly flat. Great it you can hire a bicycle. Communication with the french owner was fine with a little assistance fron online translation.

Belles vacances!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison très confortable et très calme.Elle se situe à 10 min à pied du centre et de la plage. Très bon accueil de notre hôte. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Encore un grand merci et sûrement à très bientôt! Isabelle , Christophe et leurs 3 enfants.

Parfait

Un prix de location tout à fait abordable, un propriétaire prévenant, sympathique, arrangeant et disponible, une situation calme avec vue sur la Méditerranée, une villa bien équipée, joliment décorée, tout est prévu pour cuisiner et se sentir chez soi, des commerces de qualité à proximité, une plage fréquentée mais pas surpeuplée, quelques petits restos sympas en ville... nous avons trouvé un petit paradis pour nos vacances, et dès notre arrivée, cette maison à Peniscola a fait l'unanimité autant chez les parents que chez les enfants... à tel point que nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine. Adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement ! Famille Boggio

excellent séjour

Emplacement: en hauteur, vue magnifique sur la côte. Environnement résidenciel, un peu loin de la ville à pied. Habitation: claire, équipement complet et de qualité. Accueil par le propriétaire: simple, direct, sympathique. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse et le petit coin de jardin permettant d'agréables parties de "plancha" (fournie). A recommander sans hésitation.
