The house is located within the private village of S'Oru e Mari, consisting of around 30 independent houses.
The common services in the village are a large swimming pool with a shallow water area for children, deck chairs and a shower available. In the pool area there is a common barbecue corner. The pool area leads to the sea via a private pier.
The village has a tennis court and five-a-side football pitch, basketball court and bowls.
Parking is internal and private.
The Sicompone house from the veranda in the entrance with table and chairs and garden sofa. At the entrance there is the lounge with the TV area and the dining table. In the reserved area there is the kitchen equipped with all appliances and with a small closet
The bedrooms are 2, one double and the other with 2 single beds. On request it is possible to have a cot for children under 3 years.
Between the 2 rooms there is a bathroom with shower.
In the back there is another veranda with external shower, washing machine and drying rack. In the front veranda there is a small barbecue
