All apartments have there own lockable front door or the whole house can be used for larger families or groups of friends.
Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, sofa area with flat screen smart TV.
We have recently installed a kitchen just off the pool area and also an outdoor shower.
The house is in a beautiful part of Spain with fabulous views and is very peaceful ideal for those people like us who want to experience the real Spain and enjoy holidays exploring the local areas or relaxing by the pool with a good book.
We have a secluded outdoor pool, outdoor shower, a BBQ area and plenty of outdoor seating areas for those hot summer nights.
When the weather is too hot for you or the children or you just need time out of the fabulous sunshine, we have a games room complete with a full size pool table and dart board.
The house is about 15 minutes drive into the historical town of Cehegín, a very pleasant drive through the Spanish countryside.

We are a family from Northumberland UK. It had been our dream to buy a holiday home in Spain for many years. Through a lot of holidays in Spain and searching for something a little different we found this property in 2017. We have spent time as a family bringing it to a good standard of holiday accommodation that we are proud of and hope people would love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property as the views are fantastic, we enjoy relaxing by the pool in the peace and quiet with a good book and a bottle of Spanish wine!
What makes this property unique
Our finca is situated within a small hamlet of Campillo de los Jimenez just a very scenic 15 minutes drive from the historical town of Cehegin, where you will find a large choice of shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoy going up to the old town and eating tapas and take in the beautiful views of this historical Spanish town.
