The Villa, completely surrounded by greenery, has a comfortable covered terrace with a large dining table for exclusive use with a magnificent sea view and a terrace overlooking the sea with direct access to the beach below. (no more than 40 steps separate the bedrooms from the water).
The apartment, of about 230 square meters, is located on the lower level of the Villa and has two parking spaces.
The apartment is on three levels and can accommodate up to 9 people; has a comfortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom; on the same level a second double bedroom and a room with two bunk beds with another bathroom; on another level there is another room with a single bed, a bathroom, a laundry area, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace.

Beautiful Tellaro

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The home was set in an amazing location and we enjoyed most everything about it. The views of the sea were amazing and it is a nice place for family and friends. Access to the town and the water are both convenient. The villa is an old family property with wonderful energy but needs a thorough clean out/reorg and desperately needs new towels/bedding/kitchen linens. We visited at the beginning of the season so everything needed a wash and the home felt a bit damp and musty. Nothing was a huge issue but it took some time to get it ready for our family and get a response with some early issues like getting the hot water turned on. The main concern for our group was that there was construction of a patio on the property down by the private sun deck. We were told about this upon arrival which was frustrating. There are a few construction projects in the cove which is noisy but will likely settle down before long. It sounds like the winter was rough on this stretch of coastline. With a heads up about the project at our property we could have better planned time at the home vs time away at other towns and beaches. We understood it was an older property and priced well for the age, setting and location - and we had a great time! - so hope these small things can be fixed for upcoming guests to have an even better experience.
